While they may have decent products, they are hugely overpriced. Products don't have any different effect or result from nutricost or now products available on amazon - just check AI and you'll see that the hype isn't worth the cost!

Disappointing all supplements contain silicone dioxide. Unfortunately will not be purchasing any more product. I have been a customer for the past 3 years, I do not recall the supplements containing this ingredient that’s been proven to be toxic for human consumption.

10X is overwhelmed to provide proper service AND cannot accommodate anyone who travels internationally. I spent over $3000 on 3 tests and have had only two calls over 1 yr. While poor service has been throughout, a good example is that I am in the USA for 4 weeks at present. I notified them before coming to book my online appointment. No reply, resend, apology reply that I yet again have a new support person and they will contact me, 2 more resends and no replies. I was shipped another patient injectable meds. Contacted them to return them or how to dispose of them; no reply. They have changed the type of packages offered since I signed up. I spent a lot as an investment to my health and go nowhere. I asked to be refunded a portion of my spend and they refused. Pick another company as 10X is not supportive and has terrible service.

I wanted to cancel my subscription, but when I tried to do so, a window popped up asking for the reason, and it wouldn't let me choose any reason. I tried 3x to no avail.

Too many shipments and shipping charges.

I ordered the methylation tests for my myself and my boyfriend, because we were really wanting detailed information to support our health at the genetic/cellular level. We were disappointed. Our results were similar to each other, and we received the exact same "supplement protocol," which was one item - the 10x Health Optimizer. Our results also included lifestyle recommendations that were incredibly generic (i.e. get enough sleep, avoid certain foods, get enough protein, manage stress), things we were already aware of and doing. For an additional $120 each, we could get a consultation with a wellness coach, but after spending $1200 on the tests, we both felt discouraged and a little duped.

I don’t think I was accurately diagnosed from the methylation test two of my genes were in the yellow you prescribed the 10 X optimize if I take too many I get diarrhea. I’ll go down to two. I get back pain so I can only take one a day so I don’t really think this is working at all.

Thought that the advanced 10X test would give me more info on genetics not just diet and what to avoid. Test has programmed answers for the 5 genes that are reviewed. There are more genes to weigh into each person's health status. Still have a lot of questions. These tests may be good for a person with tough health issues but not necessarily for a very healthy person looking to fine-tune their existence. 10X wants to sell their supplements.
