It’s not meant to be interpreted all at once — it’s a tool meant to guide you over time, not overnight. Hi William, Regarding your mention of internal matters, we want to clarify that 10X Health, Cardone Ventures, and Gary Brecka and Sage Workinger of “The Ultimate Human” were recently involved in a legal dispute. As of April 16, 2025, all parties have amicably resolved their differences and have agreed to dismiss all outstanding lawsuits. While Gary Brecka and Sage Workinger are no longer shareholders or part of the executive team at 10X Health, they have expressed continued support for the 10X mission, including the gene test and supplement line. Our results can take up to 60 days to process as we analyze 54 genes and generate a highly detailed 400-page personalized report. To ensure you're getting the full value from your results, please be sure to review the My Plan, Nutrition, and Weight Management sections within your report—these areas provide key insights into your overall health profile and do go over your genes and any gene breaks you may have. Additionally, we’re offering complimentary clarity calls with one of our experts—a 45-minute one-on-one session designed to walk you through your results and answer any questions. Hi Kim. Many people assume we only offer genetic testing, so we like to make sure our customers are aware of the full range of services we provide to support a 360° view of their health. While the 1-on-1 review with a provider is completely optional, we do offer it for those who want deeper guidance. We’ve designed the reports to be easy to read and understand, but personalized advice is always available if you'd like extra support.
