Where do I even start, been waiting on products since January and it is now March the 3rd 2025!! Health advisor NEVER returns calls or emails until I call to speak with a manager then all of a sudden we hear from him. But hearing from him is all we do, nothing else happens after that. Still no supplements, that we’ve paid for, glutathione, NAD and etc! Contact was always made when making a sale, after they got our money we been fighting for months to get our supplements!!! It’s always someone is going to call back, there’s soooooo much Incan write, I’m just tired of giving it my time! STAY AWAY, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED‼️

This company is a complete scam don't do it.

Another scam artist with celebrity endorsements. I use their system to order 10 X HEALTH, Methylated multivitamin. I updated my address and then ordered the product. Received a email showing the shipment to my old address 300 miles away. I called them immediately to let them know about the system error, and was told that someone would escalate it, and I would be contacted February 7 February 8 I called again when I didn’t receive a phone call, letting them know that the tracking had not been updated on my shipment I asked if they could manually change the address I was told it would be escalated to management and someone would contact me. Tuesday morning when I am still showing the package being delivered to my old address, contacted 10 X again and told that they would direct the package and someone would contact me. I could see that the package with then redirected. So is expecting delivery Thursday February13. Called again today, February 14 to be told that they had sent an email that I did not receive that they could not redirect packages but all future deliveries would be made to my new address. Told me I should make a claim with UPS Like UPS is going to refund my money. Customer service person was apologetic that About the representation that a customer service person was going to call me when they don’t do that.

I was on autoship, unbeknownst to me, I emailed them and asked them to cancel my autoship and any future orders. A Joan in customer service said that they would cancel the autoship and refund my money. Two weeks later, no product and no refund. So I am out $151. They won't reply to any of my emails. DON'T do business with them. Joe Rogan would be disappointed in this company.

high dollar genetic test is a 13 page joke. at end of each page states "order my supplemental protocal" click that on and it takes you to order their vitamin 10x page. period. at end of report how to improve health lists....drink water, exercise, get sleep, eat leafy veggies...duhhhhhh really? i paid for took the $1200 blood test a month ago expect same kind of mickey mouse report. I am trashing their vitamins. waste of time and valuable money!

The concept would be great if they could pull it off. Their execution is badly managed and lacking any real chance of success. You get the blood work back and one of their "doctors" go over it with you. The first doctor I spoke with did not listen to anything I said. When they came back with there overpriced supplements none of them fit my blood work. When I complained about it they had to talk to another one. That one was great, she gave me some good information. The problem was again the overpriced supplements. I had a couple of good take away's, but there treatment plan was a flop and not something that I could use. I can't say whether or not Gary is legit, but at the rate the company is failing it will have a short life span.

Very expensive test .I order one time supplements and without my authorization they are repeating the order.None of those supplements made a difference to my health on the contrary it made it worse.They have a good salesman promoting this with celebrities for their business n is working. I wouldn't buy again

If getting a genetic test with random arrows and colors and all kinds of great things that you can't understand sounds good to you, then go ahead and spend huge money with 10X. Then ask for someone to explain this report and guess what, you have to pay more money. The test is worthless. Imagine being given an indecipherable report, then being told, "Oh you want someone to explain it to you, well pony up some more money. I love what Gary has to say and I had such high hopes for this company. But the genetic report is useless. DON'T ORDER ONE. Find another source. Gary, you can do better. So disappointing when I was such a fan at the start.
