TOTAL SCAM!!! I ordered the blood test and genetic test. They were super quick at charging my credit card. When my genetic test arrived their vial number did not register in their system and I could not get anyone to help me. Sent numerous emails, called the customer service department, sent texts and nothing. I requested a refund but was told they have to keep $45 for the genetic test that was sent to me. They are a total scam!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Still have not received my refund.

My wife ordered 2 genetic tests for us. One of the tests shows up but not the other. My wife gets an email with a tracking number but I don’t and my test is the one that didn’t show up. My wife called since she placed the order but they can’t help her because my name is on its a security issue. Now I have to take a longer break at work to deal with this bs. They tell me they will escalate the problem and get back to me in a few days. It’s not hard to stuff an envelope and mail it out. I spent 1200 dollars and planned to buy two blood test next but after this I won’t be back for those tests. Horrible customer service. March 18 2025 I spoke with the company march 12th and they assured me my order would ship march 13 and that I would get an email with tracking. I still have nothing. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card and the state. Does your company rob people for a living?

The dedication and commitment from the staff to ensure I am headed in the right direction is unmatched. Everyone has been understanding, professional, and easy to share with. I’ve seen more change in the first 4 months than I have with a lifelong journey battling with health issue like allergies, sinus infections, and stomach issues not to mention a better return on my investment than a plan for prescriptions and surgeries.

I have loved everything about 10x except the very expensive genetic testing. You have to pay even more to get it as a book and it isn’t utilized and gone over with the patient as well as it should be. I have all this information now but still not 100 percent using it because it is so much to digest.

Total scam. Here’s a tip…your extremely overpriced test results will show that the solution to all your problems is one of their overpriced supplements which tend to just be an overpriced B complex vitamin with a complex name. The founder of the company said this is a scam.

Horrible customer service. It has been a month and I have not even received my order. Had to take the legal rout.

Had the genetics testing done.. they recommended the vitamins for my deficiencies. The vitamins didn't do a thing. I felt the same after taking them. Then a few months later, I get an email that another order is shipping! Sneaky bastards put you on auto pay if you dont call and cancel! Horrible business! Please don't get scammed like I did.
