Used winwin to move from a old Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 10 computer. Had to contact Zinstall support as I just had enough computer savvy to be dangerous. The got me on the right track and as they say the rest is history, Software work seamlessly and everything went very well. Highly recommend Zinstall.

What could had been a tedious process with mixed results was reduced to a few keystrokes. Just transferred all the contents of a PC with MS Win 10 Home to a new computer with Win 10 Pro, including applications.

I have Zinstall backup Pro and I do not understand why everyone would not want to have this program. Tech support is amazing and backups go smooth with out any issues at all, plus to restore any portion of what you need to restore is so easy I can even do it with out any issues and I'm an old guy. I can recommend this product with confidence. Plus how do you beat the price, I can't see where you can go wrong.

I have the fullback with tech support. a few days ago my computer crashed for some reason, I believed it was when the windows 10 up date, all my programs and files were removed at that time as if i had re-installed windows, i contacted support and they re-installed all my programs and files from the backup, and now my computer is up and running as if it had never happen! That program was a life saver for me. i will keep using this program because it works.

I migrated an old Windows 7 computer to a new Windows 10 computer. The Zinstall instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Any issue I had was entirely my fault! Technical support was always prompt, polite and helpful. Once I got past my mistake the migration was smooth and complete. I highly recommend this product.

At least something finally goes right in the insanity that is everywhere now. Couldn't go to a store to get my files transferred, had to buy this product and do it myself. Better than what you get at the store, and transferred Office to the new laptop too! Awesome all around. Don't know about support service, didn't need one.
