Installed Zinstall on new and old machine for migration from Win 10 to Win 11 machine. Followed instructions to the letter. Froze on first two transfer attempts. Finally, the transfer progressed and completed. Absolute unmitigated disaster - files missing, files corrupted, outlook rendered useless. Couldn't be more disappointed. Hours of work ahead of me. Probably will have to hire IT to sort it out. Will be filing chargeback on my credit card. Can't emphasize how awful it was.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased Migration Kit Pro on 9/6/26. When I tried to install it on the new computer, the computer crashed. I've made many attempts to load and run this software, every time my computer crashed. This software caused issues with my new computer to the point where I needed to contact Dell to have the computer "fixed". I've made numerous attempts (email, phone calls) to contact "support". I receive the "We will contact you shortly" message and then NOTHING. This is a company that does not support their product and does not honor their "guarantee" to transfer files. Zinstall and their product did not come close to their claims.

After successfully completing the transfer, i can no longer use the new computer, The login screen is locked. I cannot type anything in or get into safe mode. Their chat was very nice but not helpful. there is no phone # to call

While the software initially appeared to work, my PC soon became extremely sluggish and developed numerous registry issues, including duplicate and conflicting entries. After about a day, I encountered the Windows 11 equivalent of the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). Following several unsuccessful attempts by Windows to automatically repair the problem, I was informed that the issue could not be resolved. My only option was to perform a complete factory reset of the laptop and manually reinstall and reconfigure everything. This process took approximately 20 hours of work. Although the reset ultimately restored the computer to proper working order, it was a significant inconvenience and resulted in a substantial loss of time. I contacted the company multiple times to request a refund, but I never received a response.

Total crap, bought a new computer and tried using this to simplify transfer of stuff from old one. took forever to complete and then most files were corrupted. some programs did transfer and was able to use them. about 40% of them had to be reinstalled and nearly lost access to my discord account. I do not reccommend if i had it to do over i'd have kept my $140 and just used a ftp program and done the work i wound up having to do anyway. Update: now over 2 weeks in still nothing but crickets from support. Still trying to recover what I can.

The program doesn't work. It shuts down every 15 minutes and you have to start over so you never make any progress. When you contact support, if you get any response, they try to sell you an upgrade which doesn't work either. Big Rip off. Bought PCMover at half the price and it had the whole thing done within a few hours. Easy Peasy. Don't waste your time and money on Zinstall.

Product works fairly well but they have no customer service. I had an issue that I needed help with. Contacted them three times in 8 days and they never returned my call always got an AI message. Use there chat and also got AI. So their hipe about talking to a live person is a lie.

After running Zinstall, my new computer throws an error when I attempt to open Outlook. I have made repeated attempts for support. The Chat feature keep referring me to Technical Support who NEVER contacts me. When I email customer support, I get return emails saying I will be contacted within 23 hours - never happens. On each attempt I provide a ZINSTALL problem number they sent me at the beginning. I have been trying since mid-January. Perhaps this will finally get me noticed. I have tried everything else.
