Sure when the PC when 'Band' all of a sudden there was the 'Back Up' ready & willing. Programs + lic's were my greatest concern . Rushed into the recovery & stuffed it up ... A few emails later my issue was resolved and I am now One Happy Keyboard Camper .. Amazing program .. Highly recommended ! G'Day Phil

As we say here in the UK, it did exactly what it said on the tin. The migration was perfect, every thing was transferred to my new machine, excellent.

This product makes an extraordinary claim - to migrate programs installed on one computer to another, with the result being the programs on the new computer exist as if they were all actually manually installed on that computer. It does just that. Be mindful that you need to research their website to determine which version is right for your situation. You should then read the downloadable user guide for that product, noting any pre-migration steps you need to take, including the method of transfer. Finally, do the transfer. It will take several hours, but the results are worth it. I highly recommend this product!

One year ago I purchased the Zinstall/fullback backup and migration software on the basis of a web search. No one else was making the claims for ease of use, restoration and disaster recovery as @zinstall.com . I hoped it was true but I was skeptical that it would work. Fast forward to the end of Nov. 2020. My PC became inoperable and the only course was to replace it, which I did. Luckily I had a full backup. I got some help from Support at zinstall.com and was then able to restore my entire configuration, including software, passwords, data and images. It worked! And I can say that the level and competence of Support at zinstall.com is outstanding.

I got the Pro fullback version. Had it for 8 months. Windows updates messed up my computer so that it wouldn't even turn on. Well, Fullback did restore everything! I think only mcafee did not get restored, but with my subscription, that's no big deal. Got my files back, got my emails back, even go CS. Beautiful.

Excellent package - I purchased the program and support. I would highly recommend. I have no connection with the company. It worked and I am working. :) :) :) :). I would recommend moving to a new machine, if an update is due. That way, if things take a few days, not just hours, overall, you can carry on working on the old one - and a new machine pushes the dreaded need to move again into the future. Emails took a while to get sorted - I have a lot of emails! It was the support that made the difference. They gave me a transfer session and two further sessions to resolve bugs. Staff were helpful intelligent and proactive, clearly were experts in their field, taking pleasure in finding solutions, and easy to interact with remotely. My system was reasonably complex 400GB - 20 years of emails - quite a number of programs some quite old. I had tried to migrate on my old machine multiple times and failed. There were errors somewhere and Microsoft tried using a remote session and failed, so I was looking at a total reload on the new machine with all the issues that might throw up, the time and brain power needed to try and do it, etc etc - as a non-techy potentially days of work trying to find solutions - reloading programs etc. So if you can afford it and have a busy life, and bad previous experiences of fathoming out reloads and backup software that does not work as expected. . . this could be a very good investment, saving time and frustration. Yes I too read all this glowing reviews and wondered - but based on my experience they are genuine. Have yourself a relatively pain free transfer (hopefully) to windows 10 and try their complete package . . . you can try and use the software on your own . . . and maybe if things are simple, but for the limited extra cost of support . . .
