i got the blind box deal and now wish i hadnt because i ended up with the smallest grill they sell i think and the shipping was horrible it sat at fed ex for 3 weeks before it shipped, the grill always shuts off due to low heat code it always has to run a cycle then be turned off and back on but it cooks good when it works

We purchased our ZGrill earlier this month (7/21). We could not be happier. Assembly was very easy. I will never go back to a traditional charcoal grill. Awesome concept!!!

Long time customer with z-grill!!! Purchased my grill back in 2017. Recently started having issue when starting grill it would keep heating to high temperature. Called the z-grill customer support and they diagnosed problem and sent me out a new control board. Definitely will purchase a new z-grill when time comes!!! Thanks again for the excellent service....

Wife and I decided to purchase the Z Grill blind box. Was able to assemble myself in 45 mins or so. Followed instructions for burn in, have had chicken hindquarters and spareribs on the grill and we are very happy with the 550B we received. My only hitch is trying to get the free rain cover, jumping through hoops trying to get. Working with customer service

I purchased a grill from this company under a promotion called "Blind Box". I received my grill (07/24/2021) ZPG-6002B2, which can only be sold through this program. The assembly was very easy and we were able to assemble the grill in less than an hour. We read the directions and assembled the grill as instructed. We seasoned the grill as recommended for 45 minutes at a high temp. We put the grill on smoke cycle for 10 minutes and then placed the grill in shut down mode. When we put the grill in shut down mode, I heard a loud pop. I tried to cut the grill on and nothing. I took the grill apart and discovered that one of the wires was burnt. I called Z Grill several times and no one answered. I left a voice mail as instructed and no one returned my call. Not I'm really worried because I just spent over $400 for a piece of 70 lb metal which is just sitting in my garage. I can't remember a time where I made a large purchase and no one answered the phone. Maybe it's me being impatient but this is totally unacceptable to me as a consumer. I would not recommend buying anything from Z Grills until they get their customer service problems solved.

Hi Dariet, Thank you for your great support to Z Grills. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Since we are receiving a large number of consultations by phone every day, so we may not be back to get back to your call in time. Usually, our phone team will get back to you within one business day, I would appreciate if you can give it more patience. Now, we see our email support is following up with your concern. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you for your attention. Z Grills Customer Service Team

I ordered a blind box and received a grill that is not yet available. The customer service has been great and I am very happy with my grill. I put a thermometer on the top shelf opposite of the one that controls the grill and they both have read very close together. The heat distribution is amazing.

I participated in the Blind Box promotion. Knowing full well I would likely get the lowest end smoker, which I did. Not a problem I still was excited for it. I received two identical legs for the smoker rendering it useless, due to the shipping issues currently I was not able to receive a new leg for several weeks. However, customer service was excellent at handling things very professionally and speedily, despite things being out of their control.
