I can honestly say that Z-Grills has the best customer service department I’ve ever dealt with. My ZPG700C developed a problem maintaining temperatures and Alice in customer service sent me several replacement parts and within a short time, my Z-Grill was smoking again as good as new. When it’s time for us to upgrade, Z-Grills will be the top choice for our next Pellet Grill. Their Quality and prices can’t be beat. Thank you “Z”

I recently had an issue with my ZGrill drip tray. I reached out to ZGrill customer service via email and received a quick response asking for more details. I was asked for a receipt for the product, some pictures and my serial number to move through the claim. Once that was received they offered a free of charge replacement for the tray and I had it in my hands within a week. They stood by their product with minimal back and forth.

Grill lid handle broke in the first week. 2 years later I still do not have a replacement handle. Contacted customer service and was told they do not have any handles at this time, but I could try again in a month. Why won't you just send me one when you have one? Why do I have to pick the right time to ask again?

Actually after reading the reviews I'm beginning to have a bad feeling within my stomach. I've been calling and emailing for three days now, no one answers nor have returned any of emails/voice-mails. You may want to reconsider doing business with this company.

Stay away from this company at all costs. Their customer service is the worst I have dealt with. Even under warranty, I've been dealing with their "customer service" for months and they continually send me random parts that are not even for my model. Run from this company.

Purchased the 700 series and put it together in early June. Immediately got an error message. After a series of useless problem-solving emails, the company said they would send a new probe but they were out of stock. Still waiting six weeks later, numerous chats and messages promising a resolution. Now past the return window and absolutely disgusted with this company. Apologizing for a critical part being out of stock does not solve the problem. If you are still selling this grill, there is a solution-take a probe out of the box and send it to a customer who has been unable to use the grill for close to two months. Clearly this probe is an issue based on seeing other reviews. Do better. Additionally, I finally got a call back from customer service yesterday after leaving a series of messages. The rep said the probe was now in stock and would be sent (after being promised it would be shipped as soon it was in stock several times prior to this call, I’m not sure why it wasn’t already on its way?) and he offered pellets to try and make things right. I appreciated his response, however, I asked for overnight shipping and that was beyond his control. I asked to speak to his supervisor at his suggestion, and she was not working for another 30 minutes. He said she would call me. No call. Disappointed again with this company. As of August 4, no call back and no probe. I want my money back. Update on August 6: Company emailed telling me the probe was returned because of an incomplete address. It so happens the pellets they sent as a woefully inadequate “gift” arrived at the very same incomplete address. Not only is the company failing to address the issue, not they are resorting to unethical practices. Furthermore, I have sent five emails with no response.

I recently purchased a ZGrill used and the temperature probe was bad. Reached out to customer service and Destiny sent me a replacement probe absolutely free! Customer Service 5 Stars

Everything I have smoked has been superb. Ribs, turkey and pork loins and chicken. Love the grill. Mike
