Recently purchased a blindbox grill for the price of $442 dollars including tax was told I would receive the latest Zgrill received a 3 year outdated grill that customers received 3 years ago in the blindbox deal they offer. I suggest you do your research before purchasing as they sent an older grill that is listed for $300 at tractors supply and home depot. Zgrill does not honor their word and I'm highly unsatisfied with the customer service received being a new consumer of this product. Proceed with caution!!

Bought a Zgrill back in 2018 through their rebate program. Basically receive your money back after 5 years. Still waiting on the check and customer service continues to tell me the check is on its way. Check should have been sent 4 months ago according to their rebate rules. Scam? seems to be so far. Edit - received my check from Zgrill. They have done what they had promised. By the way, my Zgrill is still working and in great condition. Changing review to 3 stars, won’t go higher since I had to constantly follow up with their customer service about their rebate program.

Cannot get a hold of customer service at all. Did not receive all the hardware to put the grill together.

If I could post a higher review than Trustpilot makes available, I would! My reasons for wanting to do so are two fold: 1) First and foremost, Z Grills' products are exceptionally designed, engineered and manufactured and, in my opinion, are a superior alternative to other major brands while providing comparable features for appreciably less! 2) Extra mile customer service which blows the doors off anything previously experienced from an online merchant. So, for serious price-minded shoppers of quality pellet grills, allow me to recommend the benefits that Z Grills offers!

Purchased a Blind Box deal and when the grill arrived, we opened and layed out all parts to assemble only to discover it had no hardware at all. Not one screw, bolt, etc. Contacted customer service and emphasized this was a purchase for Christmas and needed the hardware in time to assemble for Christmas. Was assured I would get a tracking number when parts were shipped and have never heard another thing. Have constantly tried to contact them via phone and email and nothing. Requested a RA to return and still nothing. WILL NEVER PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM THEM AGAIN. Terrible. Contacted everyday since 12/18 only to get voicemail that they never return......reply to Zgrill. Requested Return Authorization. Cannot use product for what I intended it for due to your lack of contact and execution at the time we could have resolved.

I purchased a new grill called the beast over the holidays. I did receive it in a fairly quick time. I put it together the same day I received it. However, it did not work at all. The electronic controls would not come on at all the Hopper didn’t work. The fan didn’t work, so I called Customerservice. Customerservice is a phone number that you have to call and leave a message. You do not reach a live person. Am automated message comes on the machine after a couple minutes of waiting that says to leave a message on their voicemail every single time you call. It took me two days to get someone to call me back, and then they said they would send me a new electronic control which I have yet to receive. I tried calling back at least 20 times (no exaggeration) to ask for a confirmation email on the new part to be sent and tracking number which I have yet to hear anything back. So now stuck with the $800 grill $110 thermal blanket and bags of bags of pellets I purchased. All for a grill that doesn’t work. I have yet to hear back from Customerservice on when or if the new post was even sent. I was really anxious to upon trying to smoke my first brisket on a pellet grill. I am now frustrated. I wish I would purchase a different brand. After two weeks and over 20 phone calls and multiple emails I finally got a call from Keisha who no joke I believe is the only person in customer service for this company. She told me that the company didn not approved for me to get the part to fix this brand new smoker that was sent to me defective!!!!!!! so I have a brand new smoker that doesn’t work they refuse to send me parts to fix it or let me return it. I am totally astounded and in disbelief accompany would work like this. They take my money they send me a defective product and then won’t fix it and won’t send me parts for it and won’t let me return it. I was suggest other people not to buy anything from this company. Run for the hills! They do not guarantee their product they won’t fix it they won’t send you parts for it and they won’t let you return it. I purchased this grill for my father who is 86 years old and in failing health. He probably won’t be here for another Christmas, and I was looking forward to giving this to him and he and I together smoke a brisket on it. That would’ve made him so happy, now I can’t give him a Christmas present. I got all my money tied up into a defective product that the company won’t stand behind.

The company was easy to evaluate and send warranty parts in a very timely way I deeply appreciate the responsive texts andcemails.Mt Grill was repaired and running with new parts in a matter of 2 weeks. I can only say ZGrills is Best company to do business with and I sell many different brands at my place of business. THANK YOU ZGRILLS COMPANY AND STAFF.

Have had my 11002b for almost 3 yrs and have absolutely loved it. Holds temp good and a surprising result of this model being double wall insulated it smokes much faster than any I have seen with the same results. I have even started to cater with it. Had a problem with controller board screen cover cracking but got sent one under warranty in a timely manner. I have had it in the sun and uncovered the whole time and this is the only issue I've had. Still worked good just got moisture under the cover making it hard to see during the day. But I can't blame them for that, that's on me. I've smoked just about anything you can think on it and when cooking at higher temps you still get the wonderful wood fired flavor. My buddy has the traeger ironwood and because of mine he is selling his and getting a zgrill instead. Awesome product for the money. Don't fall for the name brand prices when they are not any better. 2nd smoker from them I've had and neither has ever failed to do what I asked of them.
