ZadarmaReviews of zadarma.com

At first I was impressed with customer service on chat, but things went wrong with ID verification. Initially, my passport scan was rejected, so I made a better hi-res one, but this was also rejected for reasons I was unable to ascertain. I was asked to then take a photo of myself holding my ID, but was unable to do so as I currently do not have access to a camera owing to being on 30 day isolation lockdown a a result of COVID. This means I would need to wait another 29 days to get sms access. I was not offered an alternative solution and do not even see why this sort of photo would be required in the first place. I asked for a refund and was given one immediately. However, it is a shame as I would like to be using their services. Update 02/09/2020: I have since further sent documents which have again been rejected. I have been in touch with the Bulgarian Regulatory Body regarding ID and the Judiciary and they both confirm the documents I have submitted (high resolution scanned passport copies) to Zadarma are in compliance with the needs of Bulgarian law and Zadarma should accept them. Sadly, of course, they will not do this. Bulgarian legal experts have been forwarded chat transcript copies with Zadarma by myself and are now examining the legalities of Zadarma operating on this market, along with their activities in general, which obviously arouse some suspicion. I think I have made it clear to you now that these requirements are something you have dreamed up and do not come under statutory legal requirements on the territory of Bulgaria. Those statutory requirements have been totally fulfilled by myself. Rest assured you are now under investigation by the Bulgarian Authorities and the whole of your operation on the territory of Bulgaria and all your activities worldwide/europewide are now under scrutiny by Bulgaria and the EU commission.

Never saw such an unprofessional approach form any service provider. - They require a passport as verification proof. - But now after the same has been provided they say it is not required. - When I asked which document is required, the response is "we recommend you to use some other service provider". - I was also not so interested with the services, it is just I shared the number I purchased from Zadarma to all my Client. WILL SUGGEST NOT TO GO WITH THEM, THEY MIGHT HARM YOUR BUSINESS STOPPING THEIR SERVICES AT ANY POINT OF TIME. Ticket ScreenShot: Available in my review in GooglePlay Revert to Zadarma's Reply It is not "When this cannot be done", it is when your support doesn't even want to inform what documents are required after not accepting the passport.

I paid for two numbers and when uploading dozens of passport copies they claimed that docx not accepted were then I cancelled the service and didn’t receive my funds back, Be aware those are bunch of liars and scammers.

I just tried to register and purchase a voip number in Spain. I uploaded my passport details... everything seemed to go fine until I had to pay and top up the account. I paid with CC, got the verification code from my bank, the payment was confirmed by my bank but their system says that the payment was refused. I did it twice and twice the account was not toped up. I tried to call their services, to understand what was going on. None of their phone numbers answer, no one answers in their chat room. I am afraid this is nothing more than a scam to steel identity and credit card numbers!!! _____________ In response to your comment: 1. I have called all the phone numbers that appear on your page (US, UK, Spanish and Bulgarian numbers). There is no answer at any of the numbers. There is a voice message and then it hangs up. 2. There is in theory a chat option on your page. When I ask a question I do not get ANY response! 3. Please do refund me. But your system wrongly claims I have not paid (18 euro were charged) yet and thus a refund option is not possible!!! You have asked for my email address in the message you sent me via trust pilot but you have not contacted me directly and only bothered to give a general inaccurate answer via the trustpilot site.
