Even though the system interface is ok, the sound is just terrible! And it's for the internal calla within PBX (extensions) and for outside calls as well! You can't keep a normal phone call. Their softphone is crashing all the time. We were wasting so much time on contacts with their useless support that another service provider is the only option. The verification process is annoying.

BEWARE! POSSIBLE IDENTITY THEFT! I was asked twice to upload my passport information and rejected due to "low quality photo", even though picture was taken at hi-resolution. Asked them to delete all my personal information from their systems and confirm in writing that they will never use it, support is not confirming this. Beware of this possible identity theft and report this behavior!

The service it self is good, the customer service ( live chat and mails ) their waiting time/ responsiveness/follow up is really cold/bad and not to the point, it like you talking to a Bot (robot) such a big lost i bought two numbers to my company and i am going to cancel all of them bcz of that.

I purchased a virtual number from Zadarma. After setting it up on my phone with their app, I immediately started getting dozens of spam calls a day on the new number. After an unhelpful back and forth with their customer support, I was basically told that they don't know about the history of the numbers they sell and they had no suggestions other than trying a new number. My question about whether this was a common issue with their virtual numbers and whether I should expect an improvement was ignored twice. I said fine, I'll try a new number without any sort of assurance whether that would improve the situation. They cancelled my old number and its features, and then asked for more money to add the same features (SMS service) on the replacement number. Basically, don't expect any meaningful help from their support or for your phone service to be problem-free. Do expect to be nickel and dimed if you run into issues.

Submitted a passport photo, got asked to submit it with a selfie as in the example image. OK, did it. Result - documents not accepted, no reason given. Contacted support, no explanation, just got refunded.

Zadarma “blocked” our account minutes after paying for an upgrade and verifying a valid US phone number without warning or reason. There is no mention of verification documents required in the sign up or upload flow. Support replies were slow and in broken English. The toll free number (before it was blocked) worked sporadically, and often times went to a busy signal or simply disconnected after a ring or two.
