ZadarmaReviews of zadarma.com

Bravo!

Truly Terrible customer support!!!

This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with, ordered several numbers and they were enabled without too much delay. However, even though ALL of the numbers were set to Auto-Renew (and sufficient funds were on my account) for some reason they removed one of the numbers. No notification, no explanation, and then told me they can't give me the number back that they removed! I have now ceased all my business with this company. Currently trying to get a full refund (back to my card) if that fails I will start a chargeback against them for breach of contract and not supplying the services that I paid them for. Update: Finally got a refund (of most of the money, not all of it, as I asked for!), but it took almost 3 days and lots of ticket responses from me asking over and over again for a refund! Use this useless company entirely at your own risk, you have been warned!

First they tell you need to top up 5$ before you activate ! Than they tell you to verify after they have taken your money… Sent a passport; Failed! ID card? Failed! And they always send the same message you need to take a picture with Zadarma written on paper and two passport pages holding in your hand! This is ridiculous. You should verify before asking money!! This is scam!!

When it comes to dealing with problems, technical support is terrible. Eugenia and Lena should have a look at Ivan's support skills. Eugenia and Lena did not make any effort to help!! I will cancel my subscription since they have no intention of helping me. Zadarma does not guarantee that calls will be made from a generated Zadarma number to another Zadarma number. There is little point in paying for services if the company cannot guarantee good service. Unfortunately, we don't guarantee correct displaying of SenderID. In some directions the virtual number may be not defined or defined incorrectly. Please note, that we cannot guarantee SMS reception from numbers of other countries. This information is specified in the web site: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Take another look at their response. Their response shows how much care they have for their customers. I am shocked! Antwoord van Zadarma 5 minuten geleden geüpdatet We appreciate your feedback. Our records show that you have agreed to a refund, which has been issued promptly. We have also deleted your account upon your request. Unfortunately, we are unable to further assist you at this point. We hope you enjoy your next provider.

API was the best method for us to set up everything call related and Zadarma was for sure the right way to go. You would definitely need a developer it sort it out, but the end it’s all worth it.

It was a great mistake to use their service. I took a number, then they said I can't use it until I top up, So I top up 5 USD and then found the number still is not active. Their support said I need 6 USD to just activate the number. And their minimum deposit is 5$, so I top up 5$ again, activated my number, after doing all this, I was unable to use the number in WhatsApp, and their support said it's not their responsibility to fix what's app issue... And whenever I asked for a refund, they left the chat. Total Spam service.
