Extremely bad customer service I have spent a half a day trying to set this system up. The webchat team are unhelpful and you can't speak to a human bring to be talked through setup. Sip Number 354663, not sure where to find the account number.

Pésimos y con una dudosa línea de actuación en lo referente a lo legal. Cuando te vas a ir y ha llevarte tu numero te piden 20 euros que no figuran en tu cuenta, que luego te aparecen como reembolso pero no te reembolsan un autentico ejercicio de opacidad. No son capaces de enseñarme en que sitio pone que tienes que pagar 2o euros por numero que te llevas en los términos y condiciones de uso. Un autentico espectáculo. La atención al cliente nula. Se ve que debe ser gente que trabaja en paises extranjeros con traductores y es imposible que te entiendan ni tu entenderles. No le recomiendo a nadie esta empresa

Dentro de su propuesta esta la opción de portar un número telefonico a otra empresa si en algún momento se necesita, sin embargo fue imposible, esta es la hora que el número no aparece, nos dijeron que debiamos pagar USD20, pero esta es la hora que no sabemos quien tiene el número. Los daños son grandes teniendo en cuenta que tenemos material publicitario con ese número y muchos clientes nos contactan ahí.

Ich habe mir für meine USA Reisen eine amerikanische Rufnummer eingerichtet. Die Aktivierung und das Einrichten war einfach und schnell erledigt. Ich nutze den SIP Account über ein WP810 und die Zadarma App über das Handy. Beides funktioniert bisher zuverlässig und gut. Der Service von Zadarma ist Top. Eine Rückfrage war innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet.

I can only say good things about Zadarma. I recently got my account hijacked and within 2 days, I managed to get the account back thanks to the support team. They do require alot of information for validation, however that is completely justified and I am not mad at them AT ALL for that. Their prices are super low and it is super easy to get started. Without much trouble, I even got their SIP Trunk stuff working within the PBX system "3CX" that they don't officially support. Super easy to use, super good prices and super professional team that responds quickly. 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend

Categorically the worst service available. I signed up to get a virtual number and receive SMS codes. I then went in to click on "enable receive SMS", and when I clicked it the first time, they charged me £2.70. It then left the box unchecked without telling me why, so I clicked it again and they took the money again, and the same thing happened. I contacted support, who told me I needed to verify my ID, which I then did, and once it was confirmed, I clicked the button again and they took another £2.70 but the box remained unchecked. I then reached out to them and they told me I needed a 3 month subscription but I had purchased the wrong type of number - apparently the "gold" number on subscription was not sufficient, and they sent me a link for some terms that were buried deep in the T&C page around section 18. Finally, after raising a complaint and going back and forth, wasting hours of my time, they gave me a refund for the phone number but not for the amounts they took to "enable SMS receipt"... which seems to be a clear bug on their website. I'm now talking to the card issuer to get this reversed. This is by far the worst service and a really poorly developed website. I would STRONGLY urge anyone reading this to COMPLETELY AVOID using this company. No matter what they follow up with here, this review should highlight how bad the company actually is. At the very least, they are here to harvest personal data, identities, and so-on. Since that's all they've managed to do (in addition to stealing my money). STAY AWAY FROM ZADARMA!!

les pidi informacion de como funcia y nunca me explicaron, solo te mandan links enormes, con terminos de que jamas entendi. los que atiendes en su Chat No te responden claramente. Para el cobro y pago eso si estan muy atentos y te recuerdan todo el tiempo. Poenso cuando tenga un problema o sobre cargo no me contestaran.

We are a startup in a traditional industry. Costumes require landlines for some reason. We use Zadarma for a virtual landline number. Works just fine, if someone dials our number my iPhone rings. We pay 3€/months instead of having to Pay a real landline. Just perfect.
