The call forwading feature at zadarma is incredibly useful for managing calls across multiple devices.

Using Zadarma for a few months now, and so far we are globally satisfied. Things we still miss: - Possibility to change caller ID of a PBX extension trough API. - Click-to-call API method (classic a href="tel:" links don't work well in our environment) - MacOS Zadarma App (support contacted about this, but no visibility of when it will be done sadly) And yes, ID verification and document upload can be annoying but it's the law to get numbers in some countries and with our other providers we face the same issue. Normally would give 4 stars out of 5 because of the missing API stuff, but given many bad and I think unjustified reviews i've decided to put 5.

The international rates at zadarma are reasonable and have saved me a lot of money on my overseas calls.

Listen here kids, if you're asked to send an identity paper, even by a "compagny" you've bought something online, DON'T !! NEVER EVER !!!! It'll be used for scam be assured of it.

Avoid using their services!! I've paid for 2 different numbers but both seems to NOT WORK for some reason! I've called them, emailed them and messaged them through their chat service, after a week they replied that I should send them proof that my number don't work (SMS don't go out/incoming/outgoing calls don't work), I sent them proof and after 2 weeks waiting for an answer they closed the chat as they couldn't see what's the problem!! + I've been told they will refund me for the first number, but I never received a refund! I wish my review could of been a better one, but after this awful customer service with not getting my money back, this review is too nice!!!

Pas terrible. Plein de façons de vous faire payer au départ pour au moins 3 mois sinon votre numéro ne sert a rien (réception SMS impossible par exemple). Vos interlocuteurs appelés ne voient pas le numéro que vous avez choisi mais un autre quand vous les appelez.
