I could not praise Yukon customer service more. The courier company lost my order and were not at all helpful. I contacted Yukon and they were so professional and helpful. They immediately sent me a replacement free of charge via another courier service. I am so grateful and pleased with my order. Thank you Yukon.

When I received my order one of the dogs had an ear out of place and it wasn't something I could fix. So I took a picture and emailed with a note and less than 24 hours later they responded apologizing and saying a new one would be coming my way soon; and it did. GREAT customer service. Plus I loved the products I purchased.

WHAT MADE THE DIFFERENCE...? I was unable to load my requested item into the 'cart'. I tried several times over a few days before contacting Yukon Designs to inform them. I was responded to that day and within a matter of hours the situation was rectified and I received my chosen item within a few days - PERFECT 👌

Everything went wrong. Do not buy from this company. .. Product is mediocre, CS is awful. They tell you something is shipped and when you track it , it hasn't even left the facility. Be careful. Don't spend a cent here.
