Yukon Design StudioReviews of yukondesignstudio.com

I received two wooden dogshaped cellphone-holders. Really cute, with glued-on wooden ears. But one of them missed an ear. I wrote and asked fpr a new ear, so I could glue it on, but Yukon sent me a whole new holder. Thanks for your good service!

So incredibly happy with my purchase. I purchased three of the wood designs which are absolutely beautiful. Great workmanship and quality. Also dealing with Martin has been wonderful. I highly recommend this company for your unique purchases.

Claims that they make their products themselves but it's a drop shipping site they are all available on Alibaba. Straight lies.

Do not buy from this company as you will receive a load of rubbish cut by a machine not hand carved then they expect you to return it to the US at your cost. The wood it's made out of is very lightweight and after waiting ages for it to get here I'm very disappointed with it!!! This is a scam company!! To get a refund I have to send the item back to the US at a cost of £21.99 this company really is a rip off please do not buy from them !!! UPDATE IF YOU READ WHAT I PUT YOU WOULD SEE ITS NOT DAMAGED ITS A LOW STANDARD CAVING AND ITS A CON THAT IM EXPECTED TO PAY £21.99 TO RETURN A ITEM WHICH IS RUBBISH !!!! UPDATE I MADE A CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL AS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTED AND THEY TURNED ME DOWN AS I DIDN’T SEND IT BACK. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Quick delivery, good price. Product was as expected

I ordered the guy with pointy ears for my partner, it came very quickly and is an absolute delight, my partner loved it well made beautiful carving, worth every penny

Bought a wooden phone holder from Amazon a month ago. Then this ad from Yukon Design Studio popped up on my phone. As they were handmade, thought I would buy a few as gifts. They arrived quickly enough (6 working days to the UK), not sure if they came from the US (detailed tracking implied they had though some of the timings didn't make sense- dispatches in the future) but the only postage label on the package was from a warehouse in the UK. Packaging identical to the Amazon purchase. Would have been nice if the boxes or items themselves had a Yukon Design Studio label on them to show they are handmade, but the boxes just have a bar code label with a reference number and style number - implies they are mass produced. They are still quite a nice item, but look the same as the Amazon phone stand that comes from China.

In mid-August, I placed an order for a product, but it was unfortunately lost in transit by USPS. Towards the end of August, I contacted the studio to report the missing item and request a replacement. They assured me that they would follow up with USPS and send a replacement within 1-2 days. Over the past two months, I have reached out to the studio four additional times to inquire about the replacement. Each time, I was given the same promise that the replacement would be sent within 1-2 days. However, it is now the end of October, and I have still not received the product. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the reliability of the studio's customer service. I would caution other buyers to be vigilant and proactive in following up on their orders to ensure a satisfactory resolution, as the studio's communication and follow-through appear to be lacking in this case.
