I would give them “0” stars if possible. They call and tell me they can’t delivery my package unless someone is there because signature is required. There was no signature required on the website when I ordered. I even called overstock and verified after speaking with dispatch and their attempt to schedule delivery. Two days later i take the day off from work and wait. Only to get a vm saying they called but because I didn’t answer the “potential spam” call they didn’t try and deliver the item. I call back and he said it is required that someone answer the call before they come on the day of delivery. Would have been nice if the first dispatcher, Nancy, would have said that in the first three conversations we had. So now it is Friday afternoon and the shipping company is more concerned if I can come get it by Sunday night so they don’t have a late shipment in the computer.i would never use this company if i had a choice.

What a bunch of hacks. The appointment scheduler (the one that's only available Friday through Monday) calls over the weekend, leaves a message with the delivery date and the four-hour window of when said delivery is supposed to happen. So, sure, I stay in town on that day and move my schedule around to make sure I'm available to receive the delivery. Why? Well, I kinda thought that's how responsible people do things—you respect a person's time and do your duty. Yet... my delivery time rolls around, passes, nobody shows up. I call the yahoos at YRC and am told my delivery wasn't on the schedule? Why are you calling to tell me the delivery date and time but not actually, I dunno, putting the GD item on the truck? I was quickly passed off to someone's voicemail and requested to leave a message explaining the situation so some other halfwit at YRC can schedule another delivery (forcing me to create ANOTHER four-hour window of availability) that likely won't even make it onto the truck. No real apology. Just a "Well, I'll connect you to the appointments person (Mary, if you want to know) and she will help you. Yeah. Riiii-ight. I'm holding my breath. Mary? Can you do better than your weekend person?

The most uncoordinated company I've ever dealt with. Tracking my merchandise was sketchy at best. Delivery estimate given then as that week came up the date changed. Delayed 5 weeks in total. They couldn't correct my contact information and give it to the final mile company. Even after 10 calls with a minimum of 45 minute on hold per call. They missed scheduled deliveries because they didn't have the right truck even though they had the merchandise for 5 days. I got the delivery window call at 10:40 am for them to tell me the window time was 10am to 2pm. Recieved a delivery window email 7 hours after it had been delivered.

They are horrible! If I could give -5 stars I would. My piece of equipment has been in salt lake city for two weeks now. Very poor customer service. I'll never recommend yrc to anyone.

Without a doubt, this Company is the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. Promises broken, lies and no call backs or communication. Their total failure cost me two days pay, more money down the road and a delay that will ultimately be a month. After all the B.S. I received on the phone, my shipment was a total loss because of unbelievable damage. And, let me mention, over two hours of being put on hold. If I could give a negative star I would. These people need to go out of business so a better one can do this job. Pitiful..

Change your "hold music". Sounds like someone on Crack put the music together. Very stressful to listen to every week for long periods of time. 😢

The worst company. I had a work crew of 12 waiting to install the delivery as it said out for delivery. The driver said they tried but no one was there!!! Besides 12 paid for people including myself. I called they promised the next day. I got the crew again and you’ve guessed it. They never came. Called and they promised to call me back and you’ve guessed it again they never called. I called them and was told it was my fault for believing there delivery promises. I’m $16k down and seriously considering legal action.do not use these or UShip which contract out to them.

I will never use this company or any of its sister companies which include Yellow Freight, Holland, New Pen, Reddaway, HNRY logistics. They will never get a penny more from me. They owe me over $2000 for damaged goods.
