Very bad worst service do not give any shipment to this company they only know snatching your money .

this is the worst company i have ever dealt with. we had a pump built in a rush, then paid $600.00 to have yrc ship it because they were the "fastest" long story short, my delivery date has been changed daily for the last month, and i still have not received the pump. i asked if there will be a refund and was told "no delivery dates are just a rough estimate, and we have had covid issues" so i happily responded with "then why do your reviews from before covid all complain about this exact scenario, whats the excuse for that"

Wait to get your delivery via these folks and you ll be greatful to usps and fedex . They do not give a s** and they do not answer phones good luck if you have delivery via this scam company

How many packages has YRC freight damage or got lost like they did to my package when they damaged my package YRC freight gave it another number and claim they cannot find it but luckily I found it after they gave it a different delivery number trying to hide damaged package they damage and I got proof I was reading the reviews about YRC freight and I see they get five stars the only problem is HOW????? I was thinking the only way someone would give YRC freight a 5 star If that person has someone relayed to a employee that works for YRC freight or YRC freight s pain people or employees to write a good review YRC freight is a bad delivery service very bad look for better option better delivery service don’t use YRC freight they will damage your package and say oh well you should’ve read views and you know we have bad delivery service we don’t care just give me your money sucker

Worst shipping company in the USA all they do is take your money and blow smoke up your corn hole thinking it's all ok plus being rude don't help

This company has only lazy people that work there. Instead of thinking about the customer they only think of themselves. I was suppose to get a package December 23 but now they say maybe early January 2022 but this is a bunch of crap and this company should not be in business when they treat there customers like this.

This company lies to their customers. Late delivery due to inclement weather. However there has not been any inclement weather during the time frame or even several days before and after the freight was picked up for the entire route. I suggest you use another company, I know our company will.
