YRC damaged a package i waited 9 months for from sender due to supply line issues. I followed all guidelines and filled out damage report, only to have them tell me the package was not damaged. On the packing slip i wrote "damaged unable to accept package". They emailed me the packing slip copy and it was blacked out. worst company to deal with. now im out 1500.00 due to their shotty service.

Horrible experience as a consumer trying to get a shipment delivered! Over 6 messages left to schedule with no callback. Online chat feature was useless. 4 calls to Customer support-no help. No place on their website to provide feedback (only for the company shipping). I also tried going through their sales department and they are trying now to help. I understand the dire situation with staffing, but this is 100% unacceptable.

Shipped an item with them and was told 2-3business days. 14 days later the pallet arrives missing items. Freight driver took out 2 city lights on delivery and had to call police. Item was missing items on delivery and was made aware of this ON delivery. I then opens up a loss claim and got declined immediately with no remorse. Horrible company. Dont recommend having them move any freight.

Worst company ever find someone else. I am new and was booking through Lincoln Steenblik in west valley utah everything was great till i did my own bol's. Being new i thought i was doing everything right and lo and behold i wasn't. I paid double what i was paying when Lincoln did the bookings with me. I noticed something wrong and notified Lincoln he responded to me one time and never responded again. He kept refering my account to other people is my guess. This went on for months. I delt with 3 other people now 4 and all 3 previous ones never returned my emails or never got back to me. Basically Lincoln Steenblik stuck with my BIG MISTAKE invoices and refused to correct them or help me. I am freaken new to this! Have some mercy YRC! I feel they could have fixed it its the same truck picking up and delivering and was done for a couple months what the hell is the difference. Thank you for nothing YRC and I will be seeking a different freight company. FIND SOMEONE ELSE THIS COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

I had 4 skids picked up on 12/17/21 from Massachusetts to be Delivered to Georgia for an upcoming job. we arrived at jobsite believing everything was delivered as tracking showed it was....lo and behold they LOST 3 out of the 4 skids. we had 2 men at a jobsite a thousand miles away with no parts to complete job. They Flew back to Boston, we loaded 2 vans with identical items that should have been delivered and drove back to Jobsite. Lost skids located over 5 weeks after pickup and they would not return to me, said they had to be delivered to original destination. No longer needed as work was now complete. So, got charged for deliveries not made for 5+ weeks, had to pay to get materials sent back to me, wasted mandays, flights, hotel stays, more time to drive roundtrip...filed claim to have these bills cancelled as they did not deliver on time, LOST them for over 5 weeks, we wasted so much time and money on this....they Rejected claiming parts were eventually located and delivered....this is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated. The ho-hum attitude they have shown throughout is abhorrent and disgusting. Have shipped several times since, *** just shipped 6 skids today. will NEVER Use YRC again ... price is no longer a determining factor in shipping needs...what good is better pricing when it winds up costig thousands more to fix their negligent practices??? SCREW YRC!!!

Absolute worst shipping company out there. They like the moving companies that rip you off. Had 2 shipments from same supplier different terminals handle the shipment. They have lost a critical piece of my shipment and haven't even said a word and its 2 weeks late. And this part is needed for a repair where a complete hotel is shutting down for our company to perform our work next Monday and its Wednesday the week before. But guess what we are now missing parts to complete our work next week. I have told the vendor I ordered from, if YRC is the only option for shipping I will no longer order from them. This is not acceptable

I had ordered a 600 lb machine from a few states away. The company that sold me the machine set up a residential lift gate service with YRC. When the machine got to the YRC hub 50 miles away from my home they called to schedule the delivery. The courteous CSR confirmed my address and set up a time and day for me to receive the machine. Shortly after that call the CSR called me back to inform me that will not be delivering to my home because I lived on a narrow street without any further reason. I informed the CSR that I have received many deliveries including Semi trucks with 53' trailers IN MY DRIVEWAY and they still refused me my liftgate service. I was forced to rent a trailer and drive 100 mile round trip to pick up the machine. When I got there I spoke with the dock worker and he was surprised that they refused to drive a 28' lift gate trailer to my house. Needless to say I lost a lot of money because the dock manager didn't "feel" like delivering on my street!

22 days and still no motor. 600lb 3 phase motor was "lost" Tracker said it went from OK to SLC to DEN back to OK but right now they have no idea where it is or when I will get it or if I will ever get it. And no refund for the freight....... HORRIBLE service. 435-830-4306 Chuck McCown
