My apartment complex has a large room dedicated to package concierge lockers and yet for as long as I have lived here it has been impossible to utilize the very feature that literally defines PC’s business initiative. secure storage for tenant package deliveries. Rather a makeshift broom closet turn cluster %#%! Is the drop zone for any and all deliveries. But access is not limited to tenants who were notified that packages addressed to them were in the closet. And on your app it states that no deliveries to me had arrived… yet I was given access to the package room. So basically each and every tenant can come and go and access everyone’s purchases. It’s the most unorganized and unregulated system I have ever seen. When leasing sent out emails that the secure unique access lockers were not working I assumed that repairing them would be met with some sense of urgency. It’s been months. How difficult could it possibly be to fix the lockers?

Package Concierge Service is nothing but a fee happy service. They constantly shakedown customers who are forced into using their services through apartment complexes. Package Concierge leaves charging the fees up to the management of the bulding who operate it like a money generating machine. $20.00 charges for not picking up a package in under 24 hour cycle is ridiculous!!! Half the time I get double charged or a box does not work. Good luck trying to get credited for a wrong charge. If you call package concierge they won’t do anything but refer you back to the apartment management which in turn say there is nothing they can do. Apartment residents basically have no rights to deny these money making services.

We use the lockers, the customer service is a joke. The service is horrible. I have reached out for assistance, instead of someone reaching out to me. I am sent the directions to read to figure the out what the issue may be. We are emailed they want to improve things. They need to improve the basics before trying to move forward with improvements.

Had to pay a $5 fee because of a late package. When I tried to pay, with 3 different cards, their payment system didn’t work and kept giving me errors. Now my account is disabled and I can’t seem to fix it since none of the payment options work.

Garbage.. they send me notifications and emails saying that I received a package (which I did) and I scan the barcode generated by them to open it and the system tells me that I have no packages. Then call support and it tells me 55 minute wait expected… it’s been over two hours… the lady was pleasant the one time I spoke with them before but the company is garbage. Poor management. Poor leadership. Poor infrastructure.
