What a cluster fok! I ordered 3 weeks ago, was told two weeks. My order has been passed around or sitting in a truck who knows where for who knows how long and my item is large. It’s not like it could be missed. Order came from Dallas a to Memphis nd instead of being put out for deliver wound up in oklohama city…. And now the chances of it being damaged if and when it does arrive have increased. Yrc is garbage. They need an overhaul of their system, and employees!

One thing I know for sure ... YRC is everything it's cracked up to be ... a good for nothing waste of your money ... $400 in shipping I paid this time for an item for a client that is sitting on a "trailer" to be delivered now over a week due ... they LIE on their updates. You will have to eat the shipping loss, go get a truck and pick your own items up at their hanger or whatever address it says it's at and they will not answer the phone or respond to your messages. What the heck happened to integrity YRC? Losers.

Only one because there is no option of zero. YRC is hopelessly bad. Don't use them ever. I needed an AC compressor. My vendor ordered the part from Illinois . A month +YRC still hasn't delivered it. Each day the ETA changes & nothing ever gets progresses. Apparently it's sitting in some terminal in Salt Lake city. Has been there for past 3 wks. This freight is just the worst. They have zero accountability. In fact they couldn't care less if you ever get your freight. Middle of summer in Las Vegas with no AC. Can you imagine how painful this has been? Calling them (& waiting 30 mins on hold) doesn't help at all. After speaking to them on the phone, they still no idea when it will leave the SLC terminal. This freight Co. Is so fundamentally screwed up they can do anything right. As of today we have no idea if they will ever put our freight on a truck to LV. Freight picked up in IL July 29. Over a month later, no freight delivery & Don't use YRC

After six months of continued poor service or more, ( shipment sitting in the yard on a trailer awaiting to be off loaded and delivered) with a average of 18 to 20 days late. I would have though any respectable company would be able to overcome their obstacles. YRC has continued to proved unacceptable customer service. We as a customer can not continue to ship YRC. This cancels 15 years of great service and forces us to change shippers as my customers are suffering due to YRC mismanagement.

Unprofessional. Worst service. Our order should have been delivered weeks ago, still don't have it. When I call, can't speak to a supervisor. Leave a message, no call back. This company doesn't care because they were paid already by the one we ordered from. Seriously frustrating, disappointing. Cannot believe they are in business. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Better off hiring your cousins neighbor who boosted a truck. WOW.

YRC is the worst customer serivce, I ever experience. I order two different appliances. They came from two different locations. They both arrived at different time. They were also damaged. I called the local YRC office he directed me to the customer serivce. Once I called them, three different time, I was on the phone waiting for over an hour. So therefore, I hung up and I never could reach anyone. The worst customer service, by far. Please do not use this company.

I ordered a product online. Where I ordered it from the customer service was phenomenal, on point!! The company used YRC freight to ship. I recieved a notification stating that someone 18 years or older needs to be at the residence to sign for the package, and that it will be on this date to deliver. I tracked the package it was an hour and a half away from us, so I decided to call and see about when she could tell me it would be here. A lady answered the phone and was even a little put out that I even called. She said we do not service that area everyday. It will be by the end of the week sometime. I apologized for calling and hung up. So I guess I will get my package whenever they decide it's convenient for them to show up!!!

This Company was used in shipping some items I have purchased online in California,,,I live in Orlando,,,long story short,,,the items were picked up in California on Jun 30, 2021,, arrived in Orlando on Jul 9, 2021, after tracking the items from state to state awaiting the items to get here from YRC Freight,,,on Friday afternoon I called them and they said that the truck will be unloaded over the weekend,,,and I will receive my items on Jul 12, no later, well, the weekend came, no unloaded truck,,Trailer number 141315,,after calling them on Jul 12, in the morning, they said it will be unloaded this afternoon, this afternoon came, no call, no unloaded truck as I expected from this type of company,,,mis management,,,so I decided to pay them a visit when I get there, im was told that the truck I still not unloaded and was scheduled to be unloaded tonight again, Jul 12, and that to call tomorrow Jul 13, to see if I am able to pick up the items because it still might not be unloaded,,,,very poor management, very poor customer service,,,,,very poor delivery service,,,,very poor attitudes from certain type of people, I will not got racist I was broght up that way,,however,,,,I think at thi spoint everyone can see where I am going with this,,,,,I will be submitting this the better business Bureau, customer relations for all the companies that use YRC Freight, and everyone else that plans in the future to try to use this company to ship their merchandise....I will continue to exploit them as I wish based on facts not opinion.....
