Home Depot delivery service.....awful
This company was used by Home Depot to deliver an order of stepping stones. I was notified several times that they would be delivered the next day. I stayed home so I could show them where to put them. After several calls on several days, the truck arrived. Driver said that they weighed 1000 lb and he would need help. Asked if there was anyone home that could help him!!!!! Seriously? Came back another day and left them on the curb. They had previously offered to put them in my garage (which I declined). Then when they actually showed up, said they couldn't bring them up my driveway (slight incline).
