Rare to find a company who provides this high level of professional customer service. When experiencing a small issue, I expected a lengthy struggle and little satisfaction. I was wrong. Yes Welder customer service is awesome! Very pleasant experience through and through. Easy correspondence. Absolutely zero runaround like I have experienced with other manufacturers in the past. The customer service representative appeared eager to assist me and diagnose my issue. I was amazed at the speed at which I received the replacement item. I received an email with the tracking number in the morning and the replacement was waiting for me when I got home from work that same day. Absolutely amazing! Thank you Ana and Yes Welder for excellent service. Other manufacturers could learn a thing or two from the way they run things.

My experience with yes welder has been satisfactory. I was sent a faulty machine, which happens, and yes welder is currently in the process of replacing my machine. The customer service has been absolutely great. I think we are in far different time zones due to very late messages, but great non the less.

I was searching for affordable hobby welder. I have looked through many welders available on Amazon, Ebay and concluded the Yeswelder 205DS multi-process welder offered best value for the money from reliability standpoint and it's presence on the market having wide variety of welding equipment and supplies. It also had many positive reviews. I had issue with shipping, the customer service quickly solved my problem. Great customer service! I really like the welder and will use it for many projects.

My original order was processed and shipped in two days. I made a mistake and overlooked the 110v/220v adapter in the box and reported it to Ana my customer service rep that it was missing she apologized and processed a replacement immediately I emailed her back as soon as I found it to try and stop the replacement order and it was too late she said but to keep it as a spare. I haven't used the welder yet just the plasma torch which worked great but if the machine performs like Ana's customer service then I expect a great machine and performance thank you Ana you have been a great customer service rep.

Ordered a tungsten grinder. Shipped extremely fast! USPS messed up and lost my package. Yeswelder immediately sent a new on on the way! It wasn’t even their fault! Yeswelder’s customer service is unbelievable….
