Hello, I wanted to provide feedback about the amazing customer service that I have received from YES welder. This company is simply amazing. I recently purchased the 5 in 1 multiprocessor after reaching out to customer service. The product shipped fast without delay but once I received it I noticed it had a few scratches and was a bit unbalanced. I reached out to YES welder for a replacement and without hesitation they sent me out a replacement unit. Throughout the process Raymond was very involved and made sure to make this experience pleasurable. I bought a helmet from YES welder a year ago and absolutely love their products, it will be the same for this welder. DO NOT HESITATE to try this company, customer service such as this is very hard to find these days. Thank you YESwelder staff and especially to Raymond for building a customer first culture. About 5 months ago I had bought a welding helmet, it was all in good condition until recently (last week) the headgear on the right side had snapped and broke apart. Customer service was great in helping me out with getting a new replacement of headgear.

I have a Mig250Pro. Great experience with the welder. Then it wouldn't turn on. I wrote to Yes Welder Support and they immediately responded. I asked if there was a replacement Board available for welder provided pics. My welder is being replaced. This Company goes ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! I compare Mig250Pro to my Fronius Transteel 2200. The Mig250Pro is still are GO TO Welder.

I initially bout the 250p because of the great price and it seems to be a great machine especially at the price it is. When I’ve had any issues I was able to talk with friendly and knowledgeable customer service reps. They’ve always been helpful I definitely recommend YesWelder to anyone! I even bought a new plasma cutter because they are so great!

purchased CT2050 in Canada - as of Jan 2023 I still cannot get the plasma consumables for this unit - tried local welding supply shops - amazon - contacted Yes Welder - lots of parts for every other cutter but not for the IPL50 torch - quite disappointing for a new machine - may have to eventually replace the torch with another model that I can get consumables for .

I have never had any experience with Yeswelder till now. Tell the truth I was a little leary. I can tell you this much. I’ve never experienced customer service like this. Second to none is what I can say. I bought the 250 ac/dc tig a couple months ago. When I got it out the cooling fan wouldn’t come on. I called customer service on a Saturday and it rang twice and I had someone. They sent me a new one and unfortunately from Manufacturing there ended up being a ground missing. They wanted a video of it. Raymond said he was sending me a refund even if I could fix the ground. Had been looking at their plasma cutters. I will definitely be buying one from them. It really is unbelievable the great treatment I have received.

Dealing with YesWelder is always a pleasure! I do think they have a problem with their welding helmets when using TIG welding on Steel or Stainless steel because they allow flash burning due to the small arc that cannot be controlled by the helmet settings. I've tried 4 different helmets with the same results. Once this is addressed, I don't think you can beat YesWelder!

I was a little hesitant to give these guys a shot. I now have one of their Tigs and plasma cutters. I would not hesitate to buy any of their machines again. I had an issue with the plasma cutter. Sent in a video of what the problem was and they sent out a replacement the next day. Perfect customer service.
