I have been a Mechanic/Welder for close to 40 years. I have used many different welders during that time. I am very impressed with the Mig DP200 Multi- process from Yes Welder. It works very nice. Great welds. Easy to operate. I also appreciate Ana from Support. She has been very helpful in getting me the right equipment for my needs. She has gone out of her way to make things right. So right that I ordered the Tig 200 ACDC Pro Welder and other accessories. I am looking forward to their Web Site training materials and a long time of being a member of the Yes Welder Community. I contacted YESWELDER support regarding a second-hand CUT-55DS plasma cutter that had developed an internal problem. I did not have the original receipt, order number, or warranty, but their support team still took the time to review my photos, diagnostic videos, and test results. After determining that the likely faulty component was unavailable, YESWELDER offered me a brand-new CUT-45DS PRO free of charge as a goodwill replacement. The machine arrived completely new, factory-sealed, and carefully packaged. I was the first person to open the box. I especially want to thank Ana from the YESWELDER support team for her patience, professionalism, and excellent communication throughout the process. The company was under no obligation to replace my second-hand machine, which makes their assistance even more impressive. This experience has given me great confidence in the YESWELDER brand. I already own other YESWELDER welding machines, and I will gladly recommend both their equipment and their outstanding customer service to others. Thank you, YESWELDER!

I've actually had my welder for quite some time now. And it's been working fantastic and it makes welding so much easier actually makes me a better welder. My first time trying to weld aluminum with the spool gun didn't go so well. I could not get it to select 100% argon in the selections. I reached out to customer support and they help me with an upgrade to the software that I thought I'd already done but apparently I had a bad USB thumb drive redid it with a new thumb drive and it worked perfect and now my venture to learn how to weld aluminum is on its way. Kudos to a great customer support they did not give up until we got it working

I have been using YesWelder products from the very beginning 20 years ago. I have purchased several of their welders over the years and they have all performed flawlessly! My latest purchase was the Firstess DP200, And this welder is a best! The pulse functions work amazing for welding aluminum with the mig gun and graphine liner! I am blown away at the quality of welds on aluminum this welder can achieve. The control is very easy to navigate thru the functions, And the help menu is very handy! I am very impressed with everything about this machine so far. I have never had any issues with my products from YesWelder, But have contacted their customer service department several times over the years with questions about products, And Raymond has always been very helpful and quick to reply with the answers to my questions, Thank you Raymond! I highly recommend YesWelder, Their products are very affordable and have always worked for me without any issues! Thank you YesWelder!

I work at a welding/fab shop. We have bought 3 different yes welding machines. Very pleased with the product for the price. Any issue we’ve ever had was resolved beyond expectations. Raymond was extremely helpful and satisfied my request without hesitation. Highly recommend these products

Had a unit go bad and was out of warranty. Reached out to see if it could be repaired. Worked with Ana and she asked me to provide a couple pictures. She actually was able to send me a new unit. Ana provided me top notch service and I could not have asked for anything better.
