Customer communications is slacking. One email for confirmation and left a couple voicemails and no answers. We need the part urgently for a building on university campus. I NEED to know where the parts are and shipping confirmation! And TRACKING number!

this seems to be the only way anyone at this company responds to anything. They emailed me yesterday saying they would get my parts in the mail but now once again won't respond. I NEED to know where the parts are and shipping confirmation! And TRACKING number!

And always trying to improve our service. We located this issue and have emailed you and are working to resolve it. I apologize for the shipping error. These will be shipped immediately, as confirmed by the customer today. We fill several thousand orders monthly, and rarely receive reviews. We always do our best to take care of any issues as they occur. If there's anything further we can do for you, please let us know.

DO NOT order from this company. We placed an online order on August 4. They charged our credit card right away. We received an order confirmation, but to this day (September 1) we have not received anything. We have contacted them over 30 times via email, text, and phone messages, and we have had ZERO contact from them. At this point I'm assuming they have taken our money and run. They are obviously not a legitimate company to order from. Advice to others - Stay Away.
