She was polite and professional and once my issue was identified they sent a replacement heavy duty whip in short order. So far I am pleased with the service and the response from Ana and her team. Recently purchased a ywm-211p. The welder was not working right so I reached out to support at yeswelder and they quickly help at trying to resolve the issues but found it was defective. Ana from the support team was very helpful through this process and was a great help with the refund process. Will be trying a different machine out soon and very satisfied with there help in this matter

Great customer service. Welder was received from shipper with substantial damage despite robust packaging; however after emailing customer service I received prompt resolution with a new unit shipped out the next business day. Welder was received without damage and works great. This company stands behind their products.

Raymond was very helpful in providing a tracking number for the welding unit. There was a bit of confusion with the initial tracking number that was linked to the regulator that arrived via USPS. The welder arrived yesterday via UPS.

I had a problem with my machine. Unfortunately YesWelder wasn't able to fix it, but they were able to get me going again with a replacement machine. Raymond was very helpful and the communication was responsive.

Ground clamp copper strap burnt in two and emailed YesWelder and they sent out a brand new clamp since my welder was under warranty. Great customer service and prompt shipment of part. Got me back going in a couple of days. Ana with YesWelder support kept me up to date on progress of the claim and shipping.

Ana in customer service did an excellent job in helping me figure out and resolve my issue with a regulator/hose connection issue I was having.
