My unit came with some minor damage to the door for the mig loading. After reaching out to yeswelder about the issue over email. Within 24 hrs I had a response and was provided a replacement unit.

Ordered a 250p and it worked great, got another line of products and needed ac tig bought a 250p ac/dc and it worked great. Needed a mig for steel and aluminum ordered a mig-250 pro had a little issue and the customer service was great quick response and very satisfactory results. Thanks

I received my MIG-205DS and it had been dropped in shipping. Once I discovered the dent in the handle and the warped access panel that would not open I contacted the company and after sending a couple pictures of the damage and the unit's serial number they immediately sent me a replacement welder. It arrived quickly (about the same shipping time as the original item) and had no visible issues. I am very happy with the customer service of Yes Welder.

I had a knob to brake off my mp200 and instead of replacing or repairing the knob they sent me a new welder plus an assortment kit of tips very good company very fast to respond and I have never sent a email I haven’t gotten a reply too

I bought the Tig, mig & stick 205DS welder for my fiancé. He works in a refinery & he said it’s just as good as the big name brand welding machines at work. Unfortunately it came in with a dented handle & I sent a message to the customer service line. I have purchased two Yes Welder machines, the first was the mig-205ds, and the second was the tig-250p. Let me tell you, both units will blow your expectations out of the water. Customer service is unmatched. The mig-205ds is a little over a year old and still works like new. The Tig-250p makes tig a breeze with more adjustments to allow better fine tuning. I also use both machines 6 days a week. Duty cycle is great. Better than my name brand welder.
