Leyla and Shawn went above and beyond to help us get hearing aids for my Dad. Being in a rural area made things more challenging, but Leyla and Shawn took care of us and followed through to fitting completion. Yes Hearing is fortunate to have them both!

Overall a great experience with Yes Hearing. Delivery was prompt. When I decided to change to a different model, things went seamlessly. They went above and beyond to see that I was satisfied. Yes, I would recommend them

Hailey was very respectful and offered a great solution for me! Thks!!

I am so grateful for these hearing aids. They make a world of difference for me. Having the audiologist come to my home and program the hearing aids was great. Once I put them on in the morning, I leave them on all day until I go to bed. I can't feel them, it feels like having new ears. I no longer have to ask people to repeat themselves. I can hear everything even in crowded situations. I didn’t realize I was not participating in events and meetings because I couldn’t hear. I also read that people that don’t address their hearing problems are more prone to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. At 77 years old I want to do everything I can to stay healthy. I can resume my ceramic studio work as I can now join in the conversations of my fellow potters. I also like being able to recharge them in the pod that comes with them and I can change volume and situations right on my iPhone. Last but not least, everyone at YesHearing has been very helpful in the process, has called or texted me to see how I am doing. Thanks again, Sincerely Gayl Swarat.

All went well with making contact with a service provider for my new hearing aids at our winter address in Florida. Leyla Mohamed from your office made it all happen seamlessly.

I was looking for a good hearing aid for my father visiting from India when I found out about Yes Hearing. They had good recommendations for what product to pick (especially from a support point of view), given that my father usually resides in India. Their home based hearing assessment & fitting appointments with the audiologist (Wes) were so convenient. We were able to secure multiple follow ups and adjust the hearing aid levels, all within the span of the few weeks that my father was visiting. The icing on the cake was that they were able to offer deep discounts on the hearing aid we picked & were much more affordable compared to other retailers offering the same product. My father is back in India and loves his newfound hearing abilities.

I received my new hearing aids then went through the two sessions to install the app on my phone then do the hearing test and when it was over there was no noticeable audio from the hearing aids. They said they would look into why they did not work and get back to me. That was Friday and it is now Tuesday night and nothing. I'm not impressed with support and will request a refund if nothing happens soon.

My experience with yes hearing was extremely positive. I had given up hope at getting hearing aids that actually helped me. My representative gave me accurate price quotes and detailed descriptions. She is a pleasure to work with and has made every effort to see to my needs.
