Did not get the additional candles that I ordered. Long wait times. Took more than a month to get back to me. Everyone was nice that I spoke with but severely understaffed. They’ve not done anything to remedy the situation.

I recently visited the Yankee candle store in Dartmouth Mall Massachusetts. Sue, the assistant manager, waited on me and I was so impressed with her that I just had to write a review! She helped me select and personalize eight candles, and her professional attitude and personable service was outstanding! She answered my multiple questions with such patience and taught me how to put personal pictures and messages on all of the candies that I purchased; I couldn’t have done it without her! I have so far given out six of these candles and the recipients are thrilled! It’s wonderful customer service like this that keeps the customers coming back! Kudos to Sue! I will definitely be returning!

The promotional codes they advertised did not work. I contacted customer service and got a generic response a week later, long after the promotion expired and I had made my purchases. One of the items got cancelled for lack of inventory and another arrived shattered into pieces with no response from Yankee Candle. I have to pay shipping to return their broken merchandise.

Give less than one star! Yankee Candle took my order- where is it? No response to my emails, called & was on hold 2 hrs, then disconnected. What a sham! What disappointment! Ugly! I don’t know when I’ll receive my $60+ order or what inferior merchandise I’ll receive since many complaints are similar. Whatever happens, I will NEVER ORDER ONLINE again.

Don't order online! I spent a lot of money ordering 4 large candle jars. One was broke to shreds. There was no glass in the box so I can only assume it was shipped that way! Have been trying to email and call the company for over a week with no reply. Called the number twice and was on hold for 45 minutes then one and a half hours! They'll take your money but forget about customer service! They were supposed to be Christmas gifts! I'll never buy from them again and will definitely share my opinion on Facebook!

Love the new melts more than the candles. No fire! And so many great scents to choose from. The only thing I have a problem with is that sometimes I think I've ended up with returned melts that someone just used the scent up and returned - it's hard to tell they've been used. So I think it's better to order online...BUT...then you can't smell the scents.

My wife and I purchased a large order of wax tarts from their website and what we received looked and smelled like some old, dried up candle wax. We contacted customer service and the lady we spoke with (Arlene) offered to replace our order. For the next three weeks we went round in circles with this lady, one excuse after another as to why our order hadn't shipped yet. Here it is over a month - still no response to our last email, still no order. Thanks Yankee!
