Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Received a broken item in the mail, emailed them, no response, tried to call never got through. Eventually heard from them via email. But it became back and forth emails without resolution. Got an email asking me if it was resolved, lol. I think this was their tactic to never fix the issue. I will never buy anything from them again. Avoid them at all costs. Because you will lose money and time.

Wow,what happened to Yankees candels. Just got my candles been burning it for the last three hours,and no fragrance, nothing. Bought cotton Linden dont smell a thing..They have no fragrance...I buy budget candles for $4.00 ,they are way better, it is no comparison they are way better then Yankees candles...dont waste your money.

I ordered from their website at the beginning of June. They never attempted to deliver the candles as I was in all day on the day they supposedly came and didn't bother putting a note through the door. I have contacted them asking for a refund twice. After reading the comments on here I wish I never bothered with them. This is the worst company I have had to deal with online.

Hit or miss. Some candles have a throw, some just give off no scent at all. Shipping is slow and erratic. They ship from Ohio and I live in Florida. I placed an order one week ago and for some reason my package is in Sacramento, CA right now. Still not due to arrive for another week. Two weeks to arrive from Ohio to Florida. Ridiculous.

I had put in an order that totaled a bit over $60 and was suppose to come Fedex. Long story short they lost my package but after fighting w Fedex and emailing Yankee about it my total was refunded . I then put in an over $80 order . Box came , one candle was SHATTERED and the over was broke. I took pics and as I moved it the glass fell apart bc it was being held together by the plastic around it . Cut my finger , went all over my floor and table. I had to pick my dog up right away and move him and my other two dogs to the other room . Cleaned up for two days , tiny little shards of glass everywhere 🙄. I emailed them not once but twice about it and showed them the pics. They refunded me for half the order , not the entire order bc this is bs that I had to play maid and clean up their crappy packaging job , which you think it would be better since you are a candle company . Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service !!!

Been using their Autumn Wreath candle. Love the scent, just wish customer service was more responsive since mine cracked while being shipped in the mail.

I ordered over $150 in products that I didn’t receive. I emailed customer care requesting a refund and they took a long time to respond. They still haven’t issued my refund but decided to close my file and decided the matter was taken care of satisfactorily. By not issuing my requested refund? The products were bought in Feb. and it’s now May. Repeated follow up emails have gone ignored. Don’t give this company your money; you may not get your product or your money back!

I used to be a loyal Yankee Candle customer. About 2 months ago I received an email from Yankee about a sale. I accessed their website via the email link and made a purchase. The total amount (and discount) in my cart reflected what was in their push email. After I entered my payment info and processed the order the total charged to me was significantly higher. The discount offered in the email had not been applied. I called YC customer service and explained the info. They refused to give me a credit for the difference so I asked them to cancel the order. They could not cancel the order because it had been placed. This was their response. So I received the order and ended up paying a substantially higher price than what was displayed in my checkout cart. This is deceptive and dishonest - to advertise and display one price but to charge another. At first I figured it was an online glitch, since I had ordered from YC often and have spend thousands of dollars with them. Didn't matter. They screwed me over anyway. Buyer beware!
