I have been a buyer of Yankee Candles for years but that is changing as of right now. I bought 10 candles to have shipped to my house for our work Christmas party and upon arrival, one of the candles were broke. I have sent multiple emails to the customer service department and have received NO response back at all. I requested a replacement candle and said if needed I would send the broken one back. I work in Customer Service and to see customers issues get unresolved is highly irritating and not up to business standards. So thanks to these lousy business standards one of my co-workers didn't receive a present for Christmas and they now do know why.

I ordered a lot of candles for presents they were dispatched and I got an email to say they were delivered and left in secure place this was untrue.I got in touch with Yankee candle who took over and done all relative checks they re sent my order express delivery and they were 5*

Absolutely shocking lack of any sort of customer service! Will never buy from them again! I ordered 4 items and was sent 2 incorrect items and all 4 items were damaged on arrival. Contacted customer service who got back to me offering a resolution which i then accepted via return email but I’ve heard nothing back from them since (a week later) despite me sending chaser emails every day. I’ve received no replacement items as i was promised abd am left with 4 damaged items. Why this company has a customer service team is completely beyond me as they just choose to ignore any contact you try to make with them. Not only are their candles pretty rubbish these days but they as a company are too! Much better candles and similar accessories can be bought elsewhere from companies who are actually willing to help you when you have an issue. Once Yankee have your money they don’t want to know. DISGUSTING!!!!!

Amazing smells and quality! Only downside is the prices are way too steep! But the range is amazing :)

This company create great quality candles that always smell and look amazing. My partner and I have so many that our home possibly looks like a Yankee Candle show room! The new Rainbow Cookie smells insanely gorgeous though the confections used on the label are macarons not cookies (they're also a bit of a mess, which distracts away from the packaging a little). Currently we also own the Summer Scoop which is the perfect scent for the warmer months. We've also nerf experienced issues with quality, wicks, lack of smell etc.

Tried to personalise a candle on their website, you type what you want to say and everything is so slow to react that it jumbles up the letters and when you try and delete a letter nothing happens so you try again and BAM it’s deleted most of what you have typed. Tried several times for over an hour or so still would not work so gave up. We wanted to order 5 of these for our friends but did not work so we got some from ‘Not on the high street’. This needs sorting quickly as you expect better from such well known company. It is NOT our internet connection as we have super fast running at 68Mb/s.
