I understand the world is in turmoil right now but communication would be nice.Ordered candles online,took the money out immediately and then I wait....... I call and customer service in the Philippines said the warehouse is shut down so I request my money back. Very nice lady but said can't get my money back until shipment is returned.?? How can I send something back if I didn't receive it. So email yankee candle requesting my money back and received a response 4 days later saying my money would be returned. So we shall see.

Yankee candles do burn longer, but way to expensive! They never run a good sale unless it is outdated seasonal candles that are dry and have lost half their smell. You can buy the yankee candles at Walmart for half the price and on another note: The Walmart brand is just as good and last just as long for $5.00. I hope this helps!!

I placed an online order and it was supposed to be half the price they took out of my account. I called to canceled the order less than two hours after I placed the order.. I get an email two days later saying “we’re sorry we were unable to cancel you’re order.” Meanwhile they have my $117.00 and i can refuse shipment and they will refund my money. I really wish I would have looked at the reviews before I placed my order. I’m so disappointed and I will never purchase anything from Yankee Candle again. :(

Half the candles arrived broken. Can't get a response from them and PayPal asking me to mail them back. Horrible lack of customer service

I had a very negative online experience over the holidays. My items were weeks late and my credit card was over charged. I called customer service multiple times and each time I never got through due to excessive hold times. I sent over 12 emails, with no response. My concerns are still not resolved. Do not purchase from the online store.

Recently purchase 2x large personalised jars as gifts. I personally am a lover of Yankee candle anyway and knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. The candles arrived days before the actual delivery date. The candles are perfect. 1 jar was a gift for a new home and my dear friend cried when I gave it to her. She absolutely loves it. Thank you Yankee candle for such a beautiful product and service

I emailed Yankee on January 16, 2020 regarding an issue with a cancelled order. Deborah S., Fundraising, reponded within 2.5 hours. I emailed Deborah today and she called me within 15 minutes. Incredible service AND Deborah was professional, kind & understanding. THANK YOU Debbie for handling my situation so well.

Worst customer service experience ever. They do not care.
