When a company asks for a picture Of your ID or passport for a purchase that they just got your address, full name, credit card, and cvc number sounds a bit shady. I would not recommend this company!

Where is my refund?? I ask Yamibuy for a refund as I am concerned about them asking for an ID and passport etc. and waited 5-10 days. Never received my refund. I saw they cancelled my order and I’m very furious.

I never had any problem ordering from Yamibuy. It is not the most user friendly for folks who don’t speak Mandarin OR do not know enough about the Asian goods being sold at Yamibuy (as most buyers know what they are looking for since they have either gotten them before in those respective countriesor had something similar).

Demanded I send them a copy of my credit card and driver's license in order to complete the transaction. My credit card bank said never to do this. I refused to sent it. After several very frustrating emails I closed my account. These people are either a scam or very bad at business.

I bought some shrimp chip called prawns crackers 4 boxes on the boxes it says (warnings: cancer and reproductive harm) why sale it if you know well it causes cancer and it’s harmful to human body I wish the note was on the website when I was ordering

How is it that Yamibuy wants a picture of your credit card and id for purchase but still charged my credit card for more than 1800 worth of crap and I have no idea who they are so I never ordered anything from them. I'm getting pissed off all over again.
