Do not buy from their third party sales, they suck, super slow shipping. If you buy directly from Yami buy they’re very fast they’re pretty fast. Just make sure you check the warehouse from yami Buy only.

The customer care team reached out to me and extended the expiration date of my gift card ------------------------------------------------------------- My $100 gift card expired 3 months (actually less than 3 months) after redemption. It didn't show me any warning about the expiration date when I redeemed it. Also, under the Federal Credit Card Act of 2009 gift certificates and store gift cards can't expire for five years. However, issuers can still charge an "inactivity fee" if the card has not been used within twelve months. (15 U.S.C. § 1693l–1). I contacted Customer Service via email but never received anything.

Nah Yamibuy is cool. Before 2020, processing & shipping times were much faster than they are now but the drawback was that product selection was smaller. In recent years item selection for their main outlet, "Fulfilled by Yamibuy" has expanded. The issue now is that, since the 2020 lockdown and nowーthey get more consumer volume than their current staff can handle because more people have found out about this site and are shopping CONSTANTLY. I can't speak for the third party vendors (similar to Amazon) bc I don't buy from their shops, but I can at least say that I do get all of my items on time, months to years before expiration, with zero card issues. Processing is just slow, which as an essential worker myself is something I understand all too well. 😭😩💯

It's a shame, at first i liked this site to order stuff( food/drinks mostly) to try that can't be found locally. Then I started to notice a common trend, the majority of food/drinks i ordered from the site arrives anywhere up to 7 months past it's shelf date. UPDATE: It seems as recently the company has gone through it's stock of food/snacks/drinks and cleared out items that might have been out of date. I placed another order recently after seeing that they now include exp dates on listings. My drinks and snacks seem to be good on the dates. However it is a little sketchy that on some bags of chips i received, an"exp date" was written on with permanent marker.. and the date is different than the date actually printed on the bag. I will recognize the improvement and update my rating/review, but don't fall back into selling people expired products please. This is stuff people are putting in their bodies.

I have shopped with Yamibuy a total of 6 times and have only been disappointed ONCE when an item I ordered was substituted for another flavour, after it having apparently gone out of stock (which was never listed as out of stock and I was not alerted). Pre-Corona my boxes arrived in under 14 days with everything I ordered inside. As a rule of caution, just like I do on Amazon, I only buy items I need that have 'Fulfilled By Yamibuy' stated under the product in order to further reduce potential issues. Customer Service could be much better, but so far so good. EDIT: Placed two orders and both arrived within 5 working days after being notified that they've shipped. Everything intact, but as I said I only buy what is 'Fulfilled by Yamibuy' and never through overseas vendors connected to Yamibuy's online bazaar. Yamibuy itself has a vast enough storehouse of goods imo.

Bought some snacks and it is tasty. Just need to improve on packaging
