They sell expired products. I have ordered from them a few times in each time, and products are either damaged and/or expired. Packaging haa also been damaged every single time. The product reviews of a particular listing are not accurate. I would click on reviews of a particular product in the reviews with all be about something completely irrelevant. Product search is terrible. Not only is it inaccurate, the filter feature is awful. I will copy paste an actual listing on their site and put it in search , and it would not show up when I search as one of the first items. I would have to keep scrolling. They lie about product origin. They often list items as Japan or Taiwan when it is actually from China. Their restock alert feature is highly inaccurate. I will get an alerts and go in just to realize that I got punked. The messaging/alert feature is awful. You cannot "select all" and delete. They make you click on each and every single junk mail they send you. I also hate how they often limit you to one item of our product when you are purchasing from another vendor. If you are going have $100+ for free shipping, you should allow someone to buy three items of a product at $7 each, not one... thus they make it very hard to reach minimum for FS. They also charge import fees from other sellers, where as Weee! does not. PROS: -They have a lot of products I would not have been able to get elsewhere at competitive prices -So far , they have also been good about refunding or offering credits when I file complaint on damaged goods. Regardless, no one should be filing complaint on damaged goods this frequently -No restrictions (unless state/federal statues) on shipment locations and consistent price (excluding taxes)

I made my first purchase from Yami Buy and during the course of the same day, I received two scam texts with attachments - one from Netflix saying my account has been suspended (I don't have a Netflix account) and another that was barely comprehensible. Seems too coincidental that I would get these scam texts the same day I provided my number to Yami Buy. I regret buying.

Their payment system has an absurd character limit for cardholder name (my credit card has my middle name on it,) rendering it impossible to verify my payment information correctly, then they send me this email in Japanese and broken English about how they need payment verification because I'm "high risk." Just yes, it's me, I'm sketchy, not you. It's not likely my shipment is going to go out on time over this, either. What a garbage way to treat a new customer. Utterly inexcusable payment system.

Website says delivery in 5-8 days. After placed order, got an email says delivery will be delayed due to covid-19. Then the tracking is not available. Don't know when my order will arrive. I also ordered from T S EMPORIUM 德成行 two days after I ordered from Yamibuy. Already got the package on 12/16. 2/21/2020: No, I have not received my order. Order number is 2020120889452

2 larger orders (approximately $100-plus (one almost $150, mostly food), both canceled by Yamibuy because I did not respond by email within 2 days to send them my driver's license ID or passport ID info, after they emailed me. I was told (when I called for explanation) that my orders were "too high" so they needed additional ID (for Paypal)? I said to rep, they could have at least called and/or left a message before they cancelled. I am not a young person and do not check my email every day, particularly over busy weekend. I could not understand the customer service representatives over the phone due to language barriers (tried to request change to Visa credit card). Hours wasted, trying to buy specialty foods for Lunar New Year holiday, now too late to arrive on time. I wanted to help out this lesser-known Asian-American business, but currently, they are not customer-service (phone) friendly enough for me to recommend to family or American friends who would not tolerate the aforementioned hassles nor give out so much personal information to buy Asian groceries (still likely to drive 1/2-1 hour away one-way, up to 2 hours roundtrip [not including traffic, parking & waiting in lines], as online not reliable enough)

When I received this dress I was so excited. I opened it up and there was dirty or makeup all over the collar and chest area like someone had wore it and it was so wrinkled I will have to have it dry cleaned! if I pay this much for a dress I expect it to be clean and NEW! disappointed

They are not very responsive and caring. When something happens to your order, they don't send you any notifications. You wait until it has been too long and you want to check the tracking information. Then you have to reach them several times to figure out what's going on.

Products were opened and brocken. Delivery time is too long, more than two weeks.
