Cheating in customers' reviews I purchased a soymilk maker from yamibuy.com with unsatisfactory experience. So I posted a two star review with comments. Within hours my reviews were deleted. Only positive reviews are there with over 90% of 5 star reviews. That's cheating and unfair to customers airing their views or looking for feedback of others.

they take my money and refuses to send the money back. A truly horrible experience. Is it a scam or what ?

It is just ridiculous! Be aware guys just take screenshots of all your purchases! The descriptions of all items are editable! I paid the price for 10 sheets facial masks. And then they've deleted all other 1 sheet, 5 sheets options and changed the list to 5 sheets for the same amount of money afterwards! it costs more already for 10 sheets comparing to other brands. And now...

Too many items are out of stock.

I have ordered three times from this company. Each time I have placed large orders. I have had no issues, and everything was great. Fast Shipping also.

It's a shame, at first i liked this site to order stuff( food/drinks mostly) to try that can't be found locally. Then I started to notice a common trend, the majority of food/drinks i ordered from the site arrives anywhere up to 7 months past it's shelf date. UPDATE: It seems as recently the company has gone through it's stock of food/snacks/drinks and cleared out items that might have been out of date. I placed another order recently after seeing that they now include exp dates on listings. My drinks and snacks seem to be good on the dates. However it is a little sketchy that on some bags of chips i received, an"exp date" was written on with permanent marker.. and the date is different than the date actually printed on the bag. I will recognize the improvement and update my rating/review, but don't fall back into selling people expired products please. This is stuff people are putting in their bodies.

I would definitely recommend Yami. I have been their customer for over 6 years. Fair price and delicious Asian snacks. They also have an excellent customer service team.

I bought another order and it was nother smooth transactions. I would recommend using PayPal because I did not have to do any verification process. The order shipped in a day. I did only select items that can be fulfilled by the California location so that can be way it has been smooth.
