Ordered their masks 11 days ago(April 11th). Was stated 3 to 5 day shipping which I paid extra for. First responder for covid in nursing homes, doctors offices and hospitals. Sent a email 4 days ago on April the 18th about eta on order. No response from support. Maybe I'll get them after I've sterilized each of my 5 n95's til they've degraded to non-effective? Maybe I'll get them after I've contacted sars-cov? Who knows? Point being, you can't trust this company for essential items after you've paid a heavy premium for expedited shipping.

Ordered masks 10 days ago, won't reply to queries. No idea when it will ship. Suspecting this is a scam. *sigh* Update Day 23. Just received masks today. Added 2 stars because product is as described. 3 stars total for horrible customer service. I suspect it might have taken longer had I not disputed through paypal.

Xsuit is a complete scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! I have over dozens of friends who ordered over hundreds of dollars worth of PPE equipment and NONE SENT! No response through emails, comments/DM’s on Instagram, and the phone number isn’t real. This company is a complete sham. They are prone to deleting anything negative about their business and there are hundreds of people all online and FB complaining. All have the same story about their orders. Report these ppl to the BBB, Police, and Federal Government for their atrocious acts. They are using the pandemic to garner quick money. They have no accountability nor do they plan to help. All their positive reviews below are BS! You don’t see Anyone’s names/faces in this business. No location, no store, just a bunch of clowns behind a computer ripping people off with pre-orders. Probably hoping to make as much money as possible before any economic trouble. How about you guys give back money to the people you ripped off. The families you pulled food off their table to feed yourselves!! There is a special place in this world for you guys and regardless your actions will land you in prison. I was originally worried since I had received an email confirmation that my order had been processed. I was impatient. It took about 4 weeks to arrive and the mask is legit. It’s well made.

They have lied about shipping times, and provide no true answers when asked about arrival time of masks. What was supposed to ship in 3 to 5 business days, has not shipped in 12.

Ordered masks 5 days ago. Spoke to representative today who assured me of shipping. Should receive tracking by end of the week. High demand items. Keep posted expect 3 week delivery from time of order.

Trash they will scam you steal your money the number will have you been n hold for hours don’t trust this site!

I ordered over a week ago. They have no way for you to contact them and they refuse to reply to any Social media messages. I noticed that they erase any bad comments about them and put fake ones in their place. I paid over $100 for serval mask and I now regret it. AMEX is charging it back to my card as fraud, thank God! Stay away please don’t get scammed like me and serval of my friends.
