I received the masks and they are as described, although they don't seem to be made by XSuit themselves, because the only paper included with each mask is written in Chinese. I'm giving them a break considering there's a pandemic going on, but shipping wasn't initiated for two weeks, and then it had no status until two weeks later, today, when it finally arrived. --Edit (5/12) I used a mask from my order for a few outdoor locations, and can - and I think, pretty small, too. I have since stopped wearing my mask, and they didn't work out for my friends either. It's unfortunate for their business, but I think they need to stop selling these masks immediately, and if they continue to import masks, the type of mask needs to be inspected for quality before resale.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Have tried to get an update on the status of my order for over two weeks. Told to wait and see if i receive it. The tracking number clearly shows the order hasn't even made it to the courier. The company is providing no recourse for me until i can return the product they have yet to ship me. Awful company.

The shipping takes forever because they're shipping them from China, they're not in stock in the US. They use USPS tracking numbers to scam us into thinking that. Never doing business with again. Contacting PayPal to get my money back.

Wish I never ordered this. It was a huge rip off and they lied about everything. I overpaid for trash and it took way longer than promised. They are trying to cover up that it’s being sent from China.

Same problem everyone else is having. Said 5 to 7 shipping days, nothing about how long it would take to ship. If you dig deep into their FAQ it does say that it may take 7 to 9 days to ship. After trying to cancel they offered $15 off the price, so pretty much free shipping. I said yes, if it gets sent right away. That was on the 19th. Now USPS tracking says May 5. So almost exactly a month after initially ordered. If they were up front about shipping times it would be fine, but the only shipping time upon ordering said 5 to 7 days.

Update. I finally received my XMasks today. So I am changing my review to add one more star from my original review of three-stars. Going forward, in the future I hope xsuits can be upfront about its delivery time. I think most customers would be okay if they know in advance that there is going to be delays in shipping. For example, instead of saying that shipping is 5-7 business days; just state due to current events shipping may be delayed up to 3-4 weeks. Again, once customers are apprised of the situation they tend to be fine with it. P.S. I’m pleased with my purchase.

Im having same issue as everyone else they have the worst customer services also i ordered like 2 weeks ago finally shipped out the 28th it’s pathetic!!! What a joke of a company... i ordered 200 dollars worth of masks too and picked 5-7 day shipping you would think they would compensate you.... nope haha its a complete joke of a company...

Ordered mask on 4/12/2020 - Estimated delivery (not shipping) 5-7 days. May be as long as 9 days due to pandemic. After a full business week and not hearing anything, I reach out to customer service via email on 4/17/2020. Received an automated email response claiming they would get back to me "as soon as possible". Six days later, apparently as soon as possible hadn't happened yet. 4/23/2020 I called the customer service phone number on the website. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. I hung up and sent another email pointing out that I had not received any response to my last email. Another auto generated email response. I called again and this time spoke to a very polite woman who said that the status of the order magically changed to shipped. I then received an email stating the same. Upon tracking the order through the link on the xsuit website, it showed as item ready for pickup.Ten shortly thereafter the status changed to "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item". And there it sat. Six days and multiple phone calls later, the "shipping partner" decided to finally send my item to the USPS on 4/28/2020. 4/29/2020 my item arrived at USPS in LA and is apparently "in transit to the destination". So I still have no idea when / if I will ever receive my mask but here we are 18 calendar days and 14 business days later and I'm still hanging in the wind. Horrific customer service. Totally awful shipping. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully I get my mask by Monday or I will have to call my credit card company and get my money back.
