I am having the same issue after ordering mys masks going on two weeks now and have not heard or seen any shipment updates from them. Called the phone number on their website and all yo will hear is some silly music.
I am begining to think that these folks are scammers after spending $100+ for the masks.
Buyer beware something is not right with these folks. I will continue to update weekly

Scam !!!
Scam !!!! ordered masks, did research found on the GQ’s online article on where to buy masks. while looking up companies information showing an address in Florida which was what I read on website. Masks were marked as “in stock” and 5-7 business days to ship. Still haven’t received and they won’t answer emails . Also it shows up as a x Hong Kong on my credit card receipt so the made in the USA thing is a lie as well. Scam DONT ORDER FROM X SUIT / X Masks

I felt deceived after placing my order…
I felt deceived after placing my order discovering that there was no stock currently in the USA. I searched the internet and found virtually identical masks marketed under several different names sometimes with the same persons modeling the masks on well done websites at varying prices. I found this website early on with persons concerned and became nervous. I requested a refund via email support and was told I would receive a refund. Then I called and spoke to a gentleman that logged into my order and issued a refund on the spot. I explained my concerns to the gentleman who seemed to understand and did not appear to be offended.

Ordered over $300 USD worth of masks…
Ordered over $300 USD worth of masks and filters from them on April 14th (13 days ago now) and have yet to receive any shipping information. I will proceed to file a claim with my credit card company as it seems they are running a scam on hundreds of people right now. I advise anyone else who has ordered masks from them to do the same.

**Update**
Welp! After all was said done they notified me that the Mask I ordered ( xMaskpro) was currently out of stock. They offered me a r20$ refund and the option to choose another color of the pro mask. To which I replied , “ No way Jose, I’m not tripping over the same stone twice!” I informed them that I would be requesting a charge back due to fraudulent activity. That same day they sent me an email refunding my money in full. I’m gonna give it a few days, if not in my account this week I’ll be calling my bank. So buyers beware!! Only masks they seem to have in stock are the same ones you can get for cheaper at many sites. Don’t fall for their emails even if they do respond. In the end the result will be the same!! Ask for a refund ASAP!!
*Update* may 2nd
Yeah , seems like that’s the strategy. Keep you waiting, giving false information. I ordered 15th of April, and albeit they do reply my messages and IG dm’s, its just “ sorry for the delay, blah blah blah, next 2 days you should receive blah blah blah. “ Monday morning I’m having charges reversed. I have yet to see anybody on IG with a Xsuit xmask pro. Which leads me to believe that they were either selling online before having the product in stock. Or they are just scamming. Some of you did receive the other masks that you can order from the US and get in days as opposed to a month.
I ordered one of their pro masks on the 16th of April, sent a few emails to their customer service email after wondering why I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation 8 days later. They did respond the next day, there was a delay due to the volume of orders. I also sent them a DM via their Instagram account where they also responded within minutes. Today they said that my order was packed and that I should receive a shipping confirmation Monday or Tuesday. Let’s see, my fingers are crossed.

UPDATED REVIEW (05/04/20):
We ordered the masks on 04/15/20 and we finally got them this afternoon around 2:00 pm on 05/04/20. It was NOT an easy transaction filled with tons of automated messages then finally getting someone to reply. Frankly, it was a less than transparent purchasing experience that left VERY LITTLE to be desired. Not until we threatened to demand our money back or possible legal action did they give us a closer date estimate.
Overall, the packaging was nice, good effort. Cleanly and securely packaged. However, please review our prior review below; we ordered a market comparable mask and got it sooner and frankly the only real noticeable difference was build quality and fitment. The fitment of our market comparable was far generous and relaxing. It fits nicely and securely. The product we received from X Suit, although decent in comfort DOES NOT fit all. It has an extremely flimsy design which beckons the question: for something clearly MADE IN CHINA why did it take so long and WHY does it cost so much. As a company that handles the business we do, THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST with X Suit.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Ordered a product that we are still waiting for. In the interim, a comparable product that we ordered at the same time to their "XMask" has already arrived which is making us wonder why it's taking so long. We ordered from both companies, at the same time, to do a comparable given that they are at the same price point for masks and filters to provide to our employees. But so far, they were late at responding to e-mails and as of right this moment, they are late by 9 days. Keep in mind, they wrote extra 7-9 days, not specifying that if it is business days or not. Should they not provide us with a product by Tuesday of next week, we will forward the claim to our in house legal team to pursue and demand a formal refund if not threaten a lawsuit for immediate debit of our credit card account without in so much as any realistic timetable for shipment. So far, this is not a good purchase experience and frankly, if I were running my business like these people, I'd be very worried.

Communication and Operations really needs to be re-evaluated
I placed a $272 order on 4/13, when their site was still indicating 5-7 business days to ship. After getting in touch with them on Twitter, they're saying 7-9 business days. At the time of this writing, it is the 9th business day.
I did call the number they listed on this page, and a human actually picked up after the 2nd ring. She was kind enough to explain they're still having shipping delays, and it could take another 7 business days for shipment. It's Thursday for me right now, and I'm not confident I'll receive an update before end of week.
What's surprising is that they still list the masks as "In Stock" and people are likely still placing orders. Why not just update the site with information that there are delays. But yet if they're in stock, why are the masks not being shipped out? I'm seeing delivery trucks running around in my area and am receiving other packages, so surely the blame can't be on them.
Whoever's in charge of operations really needs reevaluate how the business is being run. Maybe some transparency and communication would help prevent people from leaving negative reviews and bad feedback. I visited their FB page a couple of days ago and saw all the negative comments on their ads. As of today, it looks like they've disabled/deleted their page FB page. Again, not the best approach. Maybe instead of continuing to run ads, post up an apology or assuring people that some orders are going out.
I'll give them a few more days before I call again to cancel my order. If I run into any problems, I'll reach out to my credit card to issue a chargeback.
