I have 3 xsuits. 2.0 & 3.0. Here is my beef. I got constant emails about a big "sale".... and every single time. The suits are the same price. They just jack up the "regular" price. It really bugs me being disingenuous. I mean they're selling suits to guys. It's not like we are the market of people who don't do numbers well.

Asian sizing for shirts. The neck and sleeve were great and had a wonderful stretch but just a bit too snug through the chest and waist. Be careful on buying things on sale from them, they likely won't take them back. If you are a regular XL, you better get 3XL. Definitely NOT worth the purchase price. After a lackluster initial customer service experience, and upon reading my review, the company made several attempts to change my mind. They elected to send a newer model shirt which was a significant improvement. I would still advise against the 2.0 version unless you are quite thin or going for that painted on look. So, for their efforts, 1 star turns into 3. It remains to be seen of I am brave enough to order more.

Good customer service. Nice fabric. The cut of the suit and fit were terrible. The pant legs were so wide it looked like a 1940s Cary Grant pants.. A 40 jacket is normally a little big for me. This one was too tight to even get on..

A new mask was provided after I elevated my issue within the organization. New mask seems to be better quality stitching than the first mask that failed. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue.

I ordered a mask in mid April. They said it would be 5-7 days for delivery. Well it took almost 6 weeks for over $100 woth if masks and filters. I emailed customer service multiple times. Initially I got. I response for over 2 weeks then they said it was “on the way”. It sat in a warehouse in CA for almost 2 weeks. That isn’t en route! They are deceptive and the quality of the mask isn’t good. The holes with the exhale flow valve isn’t finished. I’ve asked for a refund and guess what...no response. Buy the masks from someone else. Can you imagine their service for a $500 suit??? UPDATE 6-10-2020 XSuit contacted me after this review. They gave me a $40 refund which was posted 4 days after contact. I appreciate them reaching out and the refund, I still don’t think that the masks and filters are worth $30 each based on the construction. I upped their stars to 3 for the refund.

I have ordered a couple of masks about a month and a half ago. Still have not gotten them. Last message from tracking was that my package was In city of industry ca. I reached out a couple times and the only response I have gotten was that the tracking would be updated soon. Still says that the item is in city of industry ca. At this point I don’t feel like I’m going to get them. I’m beginning to think that I’m not going to get them. Ripped off. Support reaches out to me and refunded my money I appreciate them doing that as the package still has not arrived and the tracking still has not updated.

I placed an order for the mesh mask with xsuits on April 23, thinking that the business was located in Florida and also thinking that I would receive my order in 5 to 9 days, because when ordering I was forced to pay a $20 shipping fee. I received my order on Friday, May 15. On Monday, May 18, I received a personal email from the Customer Service Manager at xsuits. He apologized for my negative experience with the ordering process and delays in shipping. I wish that the company had some type of note on their website warning potential customers about possible delays in processing and shipping their orders. I most likely would have still placed the ordered anyway, and would not have been so upset with the order being delayed. To rectify my issue, the company sent me two additional masks on the same day that I received the email from the Customer Service Manager apologizing for my negative experience. I am updating my review to let others know that even though I had a negative experience with not receiving my order in a timely manner, xsuits took the necessary steps to resolve my issue.

I placed my order on Friday, April 17th and received it on Monday, May 11th. My order was for 1 unisex mesh X-Mask, 1 women’s mesh X- Mask, and 10 refillable filters. The masks themselves come with a filter already in place on the mask, and 1 additional filter, giving a total of 14 filters for my order. I can only speak on the mesh X-Mask, as these are the only ones I’ve ordered. After reading a few reviews stating that these were cheaply made, or cheaper versions could be found on Amazon, I was skeptical. However, these are decently constructed, comfortable, and look as they do in the photos. As we’ve all become aware, these masks are not produced in-house, but instead through a Chinese manufacturer, perhaps just a licensed design or via their own proprietary design. This is a pretty common practice, especially for startups. If you’re familiar with these types of production workflows, you know things are sometimes out of your control. However, with that said, there are aspects that are in their control, and X-Suit needs to better their marketing and communication tactics. It appears they want to act like a well-oiled machine, but lack the components to do so, and therefore ultimately this hurts their image. I’ve been seeing terms like “fraudulent” and “scam”, but in no way do I think they have any intentions of that. The best way to prepare yourself in doing business with X-Suit at this present time, during this situation, is to understand that you’re working with a startup with startup practices. In conclusion, have patience and understand your messages may not always be answered in a timely fashion. If you require this from places of business, I strongly advise you look elsewhere, as you will be very aggravated and disappointed in their customer service. Thanks for reading!
