I purchased 2 of the Xsuits about 11 months ago- here is my honest review:
Quality: 1/5 - seams are glued on the sleeves and pant bottoms- very difficult to alter w/o changing the aesthetic of the suit
Look/Feel- 2.5/5- no shoulder pads in jacket gives a very casual look, feel is pretty good.
Durability- 1/5- pants delaminate after a few washes, the “glue seam” is coming apart and XSuit refuses to cover-
Overall- for $500 there are way more durable, professional options, I do not recommend

TERRIBLE exchange experience, STILL WAITING
Initial order was shipped and received promptly. I had no issues with the suit, great construction and materials, however I needed to exchange as both the jacket and trousers were a tad too big. This is where the experience fails to meet my expectation: customer service was very responsive and assuring when I received the item and requested an exchange. They walked me through the process, and I selected the correct size and color on their website with assurances that it would be released for shipment the moment they get notification from FedEx that the initial order was in transit back to their warehouse. 3 days after I shipped the item back, I still had not received a tracking number for the exchange items so I replied back asking for status. 48 hours after requesting status I was notified that the trousers I had selected for exchange were not in stock, and had to specify a longer inseam to get the correct waist size. I was assured yesterday (6 days into the exchange process) that the order has been “prioritized” and that they expect to ship tomorrow (today). Well today here we are and no notification of shipment.
Why does this company allow you to select items that are not in stock? Why is there no verification of being able to meet that order and a courtesy notification sent to a paying customer? Why is there no urgency to make this right? I asked for shipping to be expedited, and was told I should call FedEx and do it myself. I ordered this suit for a formal event 3 weeks in advance to avoid any stress that I am currently experiencing. I have lost one week to the original order, another week just to get the exchange moving, and provided it even ships within the next 24 hours, it will be here with little to no time to hem the trousers before when I need it. All the while xsuit has my money. At this late in the game, I have missed the window of opportunity to even go pursue local options for a suit and alterations. Currently waiting AGAIN with customer service to get status on another failed “we expect this to ship tomorrow”
Great product if it fits you first time around. Awful experience trying to get an exchange across the finish line. I have been patient and kind in my frustration and any attempt to ask for CS to push for a faster shipping option has been meant with repeating back my frustration, and “We hope this makes up for your inconvenience”. Naming stress I am already articulating is not doing anything to “make up” for the lack of care with my exchange nor does it reconcile that Xsuit is sitting on $500 of my money without fulfilling their end of the transaction.
Very dissatisfied. Buyer be warned.

Advertisements Depict Idiocy
Its advertisements, which show men squatting with weights over their heads in tight jackets and trousers inspired by traditional clothing, are among the most dispositionally hideous I have ever seen. The idiocy in such an activity is comparable to driving a Lamborghini down a gravel road at 60 miles per hour, or through an uneven hay field, all with a smile on the face; for specific instruments are reserved for specific activities. For my suits, I will stick with Brooks Brothers.

Site promotions are completely bogus
Site promotions are completely bogus! They increase their prices and tell you that if you sign up they'll give you 50% off and then give you nothing off. Complete BS!

Ripped material no warranty
I bought the X Suit 2.0 and after wearing it about 20 times over course of 3 years the material was "rotting" and tearing from the seams. I didnt wear it often and it was treated and cleaned appropriately. I went tk seamstress to tey and fix and they advised it was a material issue that couldnt be fixed. Contacted X Suit who needed an order number from 3 years ago before helping me (luckily I had it saved on email) and sent pictures of the issues in multiple places. I was told they only have 1 year warranty whether its manufacturer defect or not and nothing they would do. No offer to buy a new one, get it repaired or discount for newer style. For the cost of the Suit and idea thats it tough and comfortable its not worth the risk if they dont support their manufacturing defects.

DO NOT BUY: Awful Quality, Overpriced & Bad Customer Service!
I'm a 6'0" 38L slim fit, have been wearing suits for 10 years, know my way around fit, material, and design (e.g. armhole height, breast to waist drop, etc.), and was looking forward to a travel-friendly suit. BOY WAS I WRONG. The shopping experience has been awful, the product is subpar, and xSuit does not deserve your hard-earned $500!
1. Bad fit--says it's slim, but runs fatter/larger.
2. The suit & pants didn't even ship together (lol)! Had to wait 3-4 days extra to get the jacket. So much for a suit. The whole company operates like an amateur setup.
3. Customer service is subpar, does not respond within their own 12-hour response time standard, and the responses are poorly-written AI-generated paragraphs.
4. The supposedly anti-wrinkle and 8-way stretch suit arrived with major wrinkles that I can't undo.
5. The packaging & material seem cheap--a BUSINESS SUIT arrived in a Ziplock bag. Are you kidding me.
Bottom line: COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Not even worth $200, much less your hard-earned $500! Forget this and find an in-person shop and try on some real wool or cotton suits! Some things just shouldn't be bought online--and you definitely shouldn't buy from xSuit!

CAN'T EXCHANGE THE JACKET
I needed to return the jacket. The customer service bot Maria, supportATxsuitDOTcom is a NON-WORKING - EMAIL ADDRESS. I cannot get customer support to make a return. The SuitX return process is not fair - beware if you remove a tag from the jacket button to it try on - SUITX contends that you cannot return the jacket. The zipper on the slacks is cheap and looks like a rental tuxedo - wish I could return mine - but I've been stymied by deceit.
