I purchased low and hight beams in color blue at max wattage the color lens came broken and the base where the fan connects to the light would constantly spin to where I couldn't lock them into place. That was a Friday I received those I immediately contacted them which was around 4pm illinois time. Customer support told me they wouldn't be able to help me at this time because they were about to close due to it being new years eve which I was like wow really you send me a defective product and you can't help me. So I got into touch with them on that following Monday which I explained what happened Friday with the way I received the product and the way I was treated that Friday as well and it was no different I was told by customer service well I don't see the problem we are helping you now so what is your problem. Well to make a long story short they sent me a new set of high beams and glass color tubes I installed them and the light output on them is no good when you have your low beams on you might as well not have them on the high beams are halfway decent nothing to write home about I also have the yellow fog light as well installed which are better then the low and high beams. But for a total of 500 something dollars it's a no go. Gonna go to lasfit and purchase there from now on you can get low/high beams fog lights and the whole package to upgrade your interior lights turn signals back up lights and brake lights for 240 bucks. So exxon pro step up your game you just lost a customer. And this was for a 2021 honda civic ex hatchback

Their customer service is Great!! They are very prompt. I emailed them thinking the lights I ordered were broke and they explained what I did wrong. I still insisted one was broken and they emailed again, very quickly responses and they asked for a picture. Well long story short I was wrong and they were very nice about it and they responded in a very timely fashion. They were so patient with me which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!!!

Product arrived really fast in my opinion even though the mail tracking told me longer. Not complaining. Easy to install and zip tied up the slack. If you aren’t comfortable installing them ask a shop or friend who is. You have to twist the part nearest the bulb to get them to truly lock in the headlamp housing. They work great I’m very happy. My goal was something high quality and reliable instead of cheap Amazon LED’s. So far so good.

I received my package faster than I expected. I have an appointment on Jan. 25, 2022, to have the new headlights installed on my vehicle so I cannot comment yet on the headlights themselves. I am anticipating improved illumination.

The xenon lights I got are pretty bright but not as bright as they seemed to advertise they are only a bit brighter than my old halogens and I opted for the brightest option.

Not real happy with the lumination. . Lights are adjusted correctly an still don't project like I want.
