Communication is terrible!!
Received the bulbs I had ordered and everything was correct. Packaging was done properly etc. However the communication could use a little work. I emailed customer service about a return and I haven't heard back. Edited to one star. Tried contacting via live chat but it doesn't work. Submitted a contact request through the website, still no response. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Definitely will not buy anything from them again!!

I an very disappointed in these H.I.D…
I an very disappointed in these H.I.D lights. I bought the 55watt, 8000 lumen lights at 5000 Kelvin and they not even close to being as bright as the 5000 lumen and 5000 Kelvin LED lights that I had before your H.I.D lights which costs twice as much as my LED BULBS. My biggest concern is how can we resolve this problem.

The 55W kit is not “plug and play”
The 55W kit is not “plug and play”. It requires removal of the entire headlight assembly, re-pinning of the wiring harness, and removal of the factory ballasts and wiring. This should have been made clear on the website. 2007 Cadillac Escalade.

Hi James, Thank you for your review. When buying a full HID kit for a vehicle with factory xenons you will need to remove that ballasts. If you only want to change the bulbs you will need to purchase the bulbs only. Please get in touch with us if you need any help with your installation.
