I purchased the HID kit for my 2016 Mini Cooper S. I was forced to buy the anti flicker module because they say the lights won’t work without them plus it will eliminate any dashboard warning lights. Needless to say the lights still flicker and I also receive the warning lights on the dashboard. I am satisfied with the performance of the kit in they are better than what I had just wish the website was more transparent.

Shipment was quick and easy. I haven't had a chance to install my lights yet as I've been waiting for a warmer day, although I'm very excited for when the day comes.

easy install, replaced my factory 2014 35w hid's with the 55w kit. My old ballasts were failing and the lamps were flickering. These are much brighter, very happy with my choice.

I paid $10 extra for 2 day delivery and got them a week later. Can I get a refund for the fast shipping?

There were no directions or instructions about the glass which protects the light and after we had my front end off, we took a look and thought that I ordered the wrong part. Now we have to take it off again and do this for a second time. Put something in the packaging to stop this frustration. Other than this, everything was good.

the item showed up pretty quick and they seemed to try and help with any questions I had. The headlight seemed built pretty well but the collar that locks the light into place wasn't secured properly and had to be glued into place so it could be installed

Horrible company to work with. Do NOT stand behind their product and will argue that their product works even though it doesn’t. Customer service is rude and dismissive. Their 100 percent guarantee and full satisfaction is BS. Do not deal with this company.

My package arrived in a timely manner and the contents were undamaged. Product installed and worked wonderfully.
