Got the product in a reasonable time…
Got the product in a reasonable time and had all the parts in the kit. Had a dealership install and had no issues but a month or so later I already have a burnt out bulb. These promise a life of 3x halogens however one has made it maybe 1/6th the life span of how frequent I was changing them.

Shipment later, wiring harness issues
Shipment was a couple of days later than expected. Foglight bulbs work when plugged directly into vehicle wiring harness but NOT when plugged into XenonPro.com wiring harness.

The lights do not fit my vehicle as indicated
The lights do not fit my vehicle as indicated. I sent an email indicating this problem, and requested information or a response, I have not received any response other than this request for a survey. I will need to return and requesting a full refund if I do not receive a reply as to how these bulbs are supposed to fit in the vehicle that I purchased them for.

Not Happy!
Yes, I did receive my order and then found out that the bulbs in the truck were already LED's. So you guys give authorization to return those bulbs that were never taking out of your packaging and sent them back and you guys charged me $30. + for what? Not happy!

Customer Service is horrible
Customer Service is horrible. Will never do business with this company again! And NO, i will not email you. Look up my account and have one your managers call me. Youve jerked me around for the past 7 days.

Great product, poor ownership
I've done business with this company before they were bought out by the current owners. Always had a lifetime guarantee until then. Was told by sales that they could no longer honor the past guarantee. Had to buy new set now, very disappointed in the new ownership in not honoring the guarantee.

The installation in my 2015 Sierra HD…
The installation in my 2015 Sierra HD was simple. Total time was about an hour. One of the Ballast failed. Chatted with Customer Service and a replacement was sent that day. A great improvement over the factory bulbs. Getting the HID fog lamps in the next couple of weeks.

Super Satisfied!
The purchase help, the purchase, fast delivery and ease of installation couldn't have been easier. I had the 45 Watt LEDS installed during an oil change. The mechanic said; "I'm going to get a set of these" when he finished, he was so impressed with the quality.
