Hi Pierre-André, We’re sorry your Wyze Lock Gateway stopped reconnecting and that the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. Our records show the device was outside the applicable warranty period, so it was not eligible for a warranty replacement. The $10 Wyze Store Credit was offered as a goodwill gesture. We also understand your frustration that the standalone Gateway and replacement parts kit were out of stock, leaving you without a practical replacement option. We appreciate you sharing this feedback and understand why this experience was disappointing.
