C2 Vision unit worked great, then NOT! WYBOT customer service, to put it gently, SUCKS. Can't reach by phone, no answers, voicemail full, no return to email requests. Unit still has 1yr left on warranty but can't get company to replace as NO ONE, in the land of pools - S FLA can repair! Run, stay away. Danger Will Robinson, Danger. Lucky I took out insurance, even Allstate through in towel and said they'd reimburse for cost. Terrible service, right up there with my arch enemy AT&T! Pox on their house. Oh, WYBOT, have a nice day!

Robot idéal pour les piscine déjà très propres !!! Complètement inutilisable dans une piscine un peu sale, le robot tourne en rond au bout de 2 minutes chrono dès que le filtre est un peu sale !!! Caméra inefficace ! A fuir....

This company makes terrible quality pool cleaners. I have had 2 because the 1st one was faulty and the replacement they sent was also faulty! They not only charged me to send the faulty one back, but now are claiming I cannot get a refund. Apparently they have a policy. This policy has nothing to do with the actual Australian retail laws, but they claim they will not refund after 30 days. Whatever you do, steer clear of buying anything from this horrible company. Their products are full of faults and their customer service is absolutely disgraceful.

I tried to set up the app only to receive the dreaded 405 error code. After the app reviews I immediately contacted them to process a return.Very sketchy company! I bought from another brand Aiper cordless. You can charge it up, but do not place it in the water until the app is functional. That won't happen because it can't function without the app, LOL! They make you jump through hoops to return it. They make the return shipping fee your problem and wanting to take up your time to troubleshoot in an attempt to exhaust your thirty days return, so that you'll be stuck with this junk!

Le robot que j ai acheté il y a moins d un an ne s allume plus et impossible d avoir le SAV! A fuir!

Product doesn't charge up properly and wont go back to the charging station as a result.. No customer service at all.... A chinese AI assistant that askes for videos and makes statements that have no relevance to the issue with the product at all.......I have nothing but problems with this machine with no recourse offered at all .......Buyers try another product and stay well clear of this one
