I bought robotic clean pool Wybot C2 Vision and I was very disappointed of it. I tried all the cleaning modes and the result was the same: poor cleaning. I had to use the manual cleaner by myself. They give you 30days for returning and after long discussions they accept to be returned it, but they didn’t refund the transport for returning. Stay away for this product. It is not actually what they promote.

I purchased the WYBOT C2 Vision expecting it to be an upgrade from my previous WYBOT robot, the WY200, which worked very well. Unfortunately, the C2 Vision failed to meet even basic expectations. I tested every available cleaning mode, adjusted all pool settings correctly in the app, followed the troubleshooting instructions provided by customer service, and even sent photos showing the results. Despite all this, the pool was never more than about 30% clean after a cleaning cycle. The robot consistently missed large areas and did not perform anywhere close to what was advertised. The advertised runtime was also far from my experience. The maximum I achieved was around 100 minutes, significantly less than the claimed runtime. What made the experience even more frustrating was the return process. Instead of providing return instructions when requested, customer service repeatedly sent troubleshooting steps. I eventually had to pay $63.68 out of pocket to return a product that did not perform as promised. I was a satisfied WYBOT customer before purchasing this model, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the WYBOT C2 Vision.

Produit de qualité plus que douteuse : - Fabrication de pacotille, - 2 mois d’utilisation et déjà en panne, - Depuis plus de 2 mois au SAV et retour toujours pas annoncé, - Le plastique ne résiste pas au chlore et se désagrège. - WYBOT refuse la prise sous garantie sous prétexte que seul le moteur est couvert…. - Aucun appareil mis à disposition durant la prise en charge. - A noter egalement qu’après 2 mois de fonctionnement, l’autonomie de la batterie diminue sensiblement. CONCLUSION : - Qualité catastrophique, - SAV nul, A FUIR ABSOLUMENT.

L'appareil a fonctionné trois minutes malgré un respect totale des consignes et la lecture intégrale des documents présents dans le colis livré avec l'appareil. Le moteur principal de la pompe semble forcer et ne tourne pas une fois immergé, l'appareil essai d'avancer avant de s'arrêter totalement. L'appareil semble de mauvaise qualité et ne fonctionne pas, la batterie était pourtant chargé a son maximum. Nous sommes très déçu et contrarié.

I immediately contacted customer service to take advantage of their « total satisfaction guarantee program ». But WYBOT's tactic is simple: they simply don't respond to your messages. What's the point of customer service and a satisfaction guarantee if the company's strategy is to ignore its customers? Furthermore, don't fall for their promotions offering a free device with the purchase of one of their flagship models. It's simply a scam to attract customers, and you'll never see the free product.

I tried several times to get in touch with WYBOT to make change the transformer that by the way cost 50 euro Just awful WYBOT is telling me to call Amazon and Amazon is telling me to get in touch directly with WYBOT! Customer in the middle no assistance nothing has been solved
